I love my Toniebox!

Please don’t call me weird, but I have a Toniebox because I am completely blind and I like things that have sounds songs and stories and this is a really really good device because it has no screen and it’s great for visually impaired people.
I’m getting loads and loads of Tonies because they are all very good and the app is so easy to add stuff to your creative Tonies
This is the best thing ever, and I love playing with mine!
I've even made this thing called the Totally Tonies in honour of the Toniebox

Horrible. Does not connect

Do not buy! See others comments- this is a useless box now, I’ve connected dozens of devices to phone and apps without difficulty.

This is crazy they do not fix this.

Amazing app but it could have new features more often

This is a amazing app but I get a little bored so I don’t use it much but I love the new update

Excellent customer service!

We love our toniebox! The older children really enjoy the classic stories. It's easy for even the 18 month old to operate! They also have excellent customer service (via email)

Disappointing

I spend 2 hours trying to set this up. It would not connect to wifi…. Also this product is not approved for use in Canada … CE is not the correct marking. Go to esasafe.com to see the list of approval markings for product certification

Drag and LGBT content

Thought I would like having the app but only installed it to get the the box to work and had to delete it due to drag queen and LGBT content. I don’t need my 3 year old accidentally clicking that stuff. Sad because this really is a good concept. Just download the app temporarily and then delete and buy the individual things you want.

App is horrible

The Toniebox itself is great but as other reviewers have mentioned the firmware connection situation is archaic and quite frankly dumb. Especially when you’re dealing with kids toys and frustrated parents make the stupid thing easy to set up. This was the most frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced.

Why no battery charge level?

The app is fine. I just wish that I could go into the app and see how much charge is left on the tonnies box? Instead of putting the box on for the kids and 10 mins later the battery dies and it needs to go on charge for 4 hours. My son loves to carry his tonnies box around with him so can’t charge it while he has it

SO FRUSTRATED!

My children have enjoyed their Tonie boxes for a couple of years now and I finally decided to utilise the ‘record your own audio’ option on the app today. That’s when I discovered how terrible this app is! I have been unable to log onto my account in the app and it keeps taking me to the website (which of course is no good for recording)! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this product and would be very grateful for a human being to contact me for some support!
