Love it. I have read many reviews saying it is too hard or a money grab, but I love the game. If I hit a hard level and need more gems to proceed, I just go back to an easier location and play a couple levels to make more gems. I find the game very relaxing with a bit of a challenge. A challenge I am willing to take on. I play it daily and am now on my 14th location. Thanks to the developers for making it both challenging AND a “free play” if I so choose.Show lessFamfun

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and am currently on “Winter Melody” the 36th hotel.
I find it’s just not enjoyable anymore. Upgrades take so long because you only get two gems and 600 coins per day. You used to get speed or double coin bonus’s after competing 5 rounds, then you had to collect 10 tokens to gain one bonus and now you have to collect 30 tokens to get one bonus. You can maybe gain one gem by playing five rounds of a previous round but even then you don’t always get a gem and most recent upgrade has taken away the ability to collect coins from each hotel every 4 hours, so there’s no way to gain extra coins.
The only way to progress now is to spend actual money, I get that’s what the developers want but there needs to be a bit of balance so that the game is still achievable and enjoyable without spending moneyShow lessSiob7

I love playing the games and can not wait until the next hotel is finished and I can move on to the next one. I have a customer service related query. I am currently enjoying playing your game I am on the Regrata hotel level. I have a problem I can not progress on to the next level without getting more diamonds. I need more diamonds so that I can buy the necessary items to help me in these more difficult levels such as the Genie to clean the rooms, ways of increasing the customers patience and the making Monica and Ted be able to move around the hotel faster. When I first started playing your game I noticed that I could get them for free once every few hours or so. For some reason though, I have noticed that this has stopped happening in the last few days. I don’t understand why this is happening at the moment and I do not think it is very fair. There is another similar hotel game that I am playing which is called ‘Doorman Story’ where I can get free diamonds and coins from my hotels once every few hours. Please could someone look into what is happening with your game and get back to me about it. I have sent an email about this as well. I look forward to hearing from someone about it soon. Good game but even though you had enhanced all the hotel features is still impossible to pass a level due to characters taking ages to leave their room. It seems like it has been made like this to delay the pass forward to new hotels and is very frustrating. I’ve played Highlander Castle level 80 hundreds of time, with nothing else to improve and even with the speed booster I can’t pass it. Really annoying!Show lessFarenKlan

Hello, it is indeed a difficult level, but it can be passed even without a booster, we are monitoring it. To make the guests leave the rooms faster, you should try to add your luggage as soon as possible, also you can prepare some orders in advance.Great dash game!
Completely engaging. The graphics and playability are great quality. It's more challenging than many dash games, partly because the customer demands are not as predictable and partly because you're directing two characters. The runtime is also unpredictable; by the third hotel I could fail a level several times due to an overload of customer demands or enough time between demands that the timer ran out. Then an attempt would go smoothly and I would pass the level. This is both frustrating and a welcome challenge, so if it's deliberate, well done! The number of lives, renewal time, and rewards are generous enough that failing a level multiple times doesn't feel like I'm being cheated. Extra challenges/activities yield plenty of power boosts and coins. I really like the weekend nightclub challenge! The only drawbacks so far: I'm spending way too much time playing! I have to play with the sound on, otherwise I miss prompts because the screen is rather busy. The family is getting tired of the clinking coin noise. ;-)Show lesschickenpie2

Love it but..
I am on the second level and so far feel it is a great game. However I don’t feel that it is very responsive when I press what I want it to do, I.e. the receptionist goes to call the taxi for the customers but when when I press for her to go back to the reception desk it is very unresponsive and I feel that I am pressing the desk area many times before she moves back. I feel this is why I am not progressing as I am losing seconds. Also I know I am pressing for the bell boy to pick up food, towels, cleaning products but it seems you can only press it four times so you have to keep remembering to go back and press the rooms again. It may be part of the game strategy but just annoys me. I will keep playing though as it is a good gameShow lessThe Beev 4

Hello, we thank you for your positive feedback! Our game is made in the genre of time management. Ted can only remember 4 commands, that's the rules of the game. Also, you may be giving Monica more commands ( click multiple times) than you need guests to put in the cab, so Monica shrugs her shoulders, and only then goes back to the reception desk.Levels
