No help option to report bugs
This is a good game and overall I enjoy it, I’ve been playing for quite some time BUT There is no way to contact the developers from settings besides leaving a review. No option anywhere to report bugs and get resolution.
Several times I have experienced a bug in the game with no way to report it or continue play. I end up waiting for them to figure it out which can sometimes take forever.
E.g. In the latest competition I can’t complete any quests because a critical component hasn’t opened up to make the required items. (Goose treats) I love this side game and spent money on it and now I can’t play it. So disappointing.
There are so many pop ups to deal with between levels that if you have a timed booster you lose 30 seconds just closing them all to get to the game. This makes the booster only good for one level and while helpful, a good player could use it for more.

The game itself is pretty fun and runs well my issues are, after a while upgrading your hotel starts to cost gems as well as coins which would be too much of an issue but when you get gems you aren’t really getting that much so upgrading takes forever. Plus it takes time for the upgrades to even apply and if you want it to go faster you need to either watch an add or pay gems until after a bit of watching the adds because you don’t have gems to spend the option for adds disappears completely so if you want to upgrade you have to spend your limited gems to save you time. The biggest issue I had was in the first hotel I made the decision to spend real money to get the express delivery, then once I got to the next hotel you have to pay for it again if you want it in that hotel so it’s essentially only useful for a small time. It feels really scammy because it doesn’t say that it only applies to that hotel because I wouldn’t have spent money for a temporary upgrade if I knew about it, I feel if I’m spending actual money on it the benefits shouldn’t just be taken away after a bit of play. Express delivery is only really valid for the selected hotel, this is stated in the purchase offer. Never enough diamonds. End up wasting time and getting nowhere as you can’t move onto other levels without upgrading with diamonds. You end up with lots of money and no need for it too.Hedm357

Been playing the game for awhile now it’s pretty good, but I’m annoyed the below has happened to me twice. I purchased a deal with gems and bonus supports like the fast shoes. The money comes out of my account but I don’t get what I paid for. Either non of it or only part of the deal has been delivered like the fast shoes without the gems. Makes me not want to spend money on the game as there is a chance I won’t get what is advertised for the $$Show lessMedgejane

I really enjoy playing the main game and never felt compelled or required to spend money to progress. However, I don’t play too often so when I do return to the game I am often met with pop ups for a solid couple of minutes to tell me about the other aspects of the game and side quests that have been introduced which I get really annoyed about because I don’t care for them, I just want to play the main hotel aspect of the game. Maybe others are interested in the extra things but I wish I could opt out of these parts because it prevents me from just playing the original game which is great on its own. Especially when it forces me to complete the tutorials to continue.

Have to keep spending money to get through some games, otherwise a clever ,addictive and enjoyable game although Agree with those that say it’s rigged! Just bought a gem and booster pack - used 10 gems on a speed booster ,and 10 gems for a new life - half way through game it crashed, restarted but lost my booster and life -also my game is being sabotaged on harder levels - moves not registering and not achieving levels because of it ! need a lot of patience and time to get through game without spending a fortune , Won boosters on a World Cruise challenge , free lives and a “speed” booster . Received the lives but was not awarded the other booster . This happens a lot . I have been playing this game for years. This year is the first year I have had issues on issues. Just today I beat level 80 (with the help of a double coin boost) to unlock a new hotel and the game kept telling me I was offline. I did some basic troubleshooting and determined I was not offline. I got back on the game and it took the gems I used, the double coins boost was used, and the game was saying I need to redo level 80. This has happened with other hotels but the fact you took my gems and my boost plus I have to redo the level is unacceptable. I have had issues this year with winning back to back games and bec the game glitched I lost hot season. I also have lost reviews, while I was collecting them bec the game glitched. These issues have been happening for at least 2-3 months and it is not right for ppl who actually buy your gems. So now, I have to go replay the game I won earlier, purchase another boost with my gems, and hope it doesn’t glitch again. Overall these last almost 10 years of playing the game have been fun. The game is addictive but lately I have felt cheated as a player and consumer. If I can’t get my gems and boost back I will likely delete the game permanently due to ongoing issues after you all push out updates.Show lessSobrannu

I have been playing this for quite awhile but it does become very hard to pass sometimes and really can’t do anything to get diamonds to up your game.. so it gets boring. They need to have more opportunity to get the enhancements so you can progress, the gifts you do get are mostly coins which get you nowhere.Show lessdebdoh18

Hello! You get crystals for completing various tasks in the game, for logging in daily, on the infinite levels at the end of each hotel. Try to immediately spend crystals and coins on hotel improvements, that way you will progress through the game.I love this game but there are frustrating things that make me want to stop playing.
This is a really great game. There are a lot of good things about it. However, and bare with me because it’s hard to explain, I get so frustrated with all the little side mini games and rewards boards. I really wish they wouldn’t automatically pop up after a level if you earn a new reward or as you progress in the mini games/competitions. I have had so many power ups get wasted because of all the pop ups and how long it takes to get out of whatever it is that popped up. For example, there is a mini game (the icon to access it is a compass I think) that automatically popped up and I got stuck in a tutorial that I couldn’t get out of because there was no X or back button. I ultimately had to close out of the game completely in order to get out of it. I had just earned a speed power up before that popped up and most of it ended up being wasted because of it. I also end up getting stuck in the main Home Screen and unable to click on anything while it shows the points being added to the seasonal reward board or the “tourism boom” mini competition. It really ruins the game play where I can’t just go on to the next level without having to deal with all those other things getting in the way.Show lessThe lane 2119

I’ve been playing this game in a regular basis for 2 years now and to be honest I’m really enjoying playing it, it’s one of my favourites. I haven’t really been struggling in the previous hotels but the Highlander Castle is extremely difficult and it makes you spend real money to pass the levels. I was in level 68 and I barely made it to go 69 it took me more than a month and i made it because i used 2 power ups, and 2 firecrackers. I’ve got all the upgrades in the catalog except the lamb and the Duke’s room, which is ridiculous the lamb doesn’t affect the speed of the characters, it only affects the money you earn. So my question is, if i have all the features upgraded to their fullest apart from Duke’s room (talking about the speed of characters while serving customers) how am I going to reach level 80? I don’t think will be much difference if I upgrade Duke’s room which i will do but i’m sure nothing will change. I’ll have to pay real money as I understand which I already do pay few times. The previous hotels didn’t demand real money to reach level 80 because if you had all the upgrades you could at least reach level 80. What’s wrong with Highlander castle?Show lessdansesecr
