Addictive Game
I love this game and got addicted to it quickly. I’m currently on the 5th hotel. When I was on the 2nd one there were a few challenging levels that I thought I could never beat. Then I realized it requires strategy (which is different for each hotel and level). Once you figure out the strategy, you can beat the level. However, for some levels you will need an upgrade or boost to beat them. This requires patience because you may have to wait to build up the gems or power ups. Each day you can earn 2 gems for logging in. Periodically, there are also events where you can earn gems (though I wish they had some more for the later levels). I don’t play every single day, so I’m able to get what I need to play well when I’m ready. I find it ironic that some players are upset because you can’t get immediate rewards. Sounds like they are imitating the impatient hotel customers in the game. I think this game is really fun and it’s worth a measure of patience. (Even if it means x’ing out a million pop-up ads.)

Choked
This game has been very addicting, I loved it but little things seem to happening that I ended up deleting the game, but by far this is one of the best games out there since I re-downloaded it becauseI cannot find another game as good as this!! I restart it way way back. I’m in the royal flower hotel now and now my little genie lanterns do not work at all in this whole hotel , so I have to perform the best I can with no help, no sense buying any genies work to boost the moods. I’ve tried everything to try and fix. Also, a lot of the games end and before the timer ends, it gets a little frustrating but overall this is the best game out there and it’s quick and has the best graphics. Few things need fixing. Oh and what is the best part of all is no ads unless I want to see them Please fix!!!

Grand hotel
Love it. I have read many reviews saying it is too hard or a money grab, but I love the game. If I hit a hard level and need more gems to proceed, I just go back to an easier location and play a couple levels to make more gems. I find the game very relaxing with a bit of a challenge. A challenge I am willing to take on. I play it daily and am now on my 14th location. Thanks to the developers for making it both challenging AND a “free play” if I so choose.

Game has become too difficult to complete
I’ve been playing this game for a long time and am currently on “Winter Melody” the 36th hotel.
I find it’s just not enjoyable anymore. Upgrades take so long because you only get two gems and 600 coins per day. You used to get speed or double coin bonus’s after competing 5 rounds, then you had to collect 10 tokens to gain one bonus and now you have to collect 30 tokens to get one bonus. You can maybe gain one gem by playing five rounds of a previous round but even then you don’t always get a gem and most recent upgrade has taken away the ability to collect coins from each hotel every 4 hours, so there’s no way to gain extra coins.
The only way to progress now is to spend actual money, I get that’s what the developers want but there needs to be a bit of balance so that the game is still achievable and enjoyable without spending money
