    This app has made it incredibly simple to pay our rent. So much easier than the old school way of taking a check to the landlord or even mailing one off somewhere. It can all be done in the fast and it’s easy.

  • Service fee for using a debit card is way too high

    To charge 995 for someone to use their debit card and have difficulty setting up a bank account is ridiculous. This system needs to be changed to accommodate not paying $10 a month more than an already high rate for rent.

    In my case, I need to request that they fix the bathtub drain because the water takes too long to leave. And there is no clear way to apply for it because the categories do not include anything like the bathroom or kitchen or things like that.
