    Site is well-organized and easy to negotiate. My complaint is the black background and light grey lettering - nearly impossible to read. Can we get an option to change that?

    Sending a request for work or suggestions never get responded to. They just get closed or no response. Plus it’s not easy to request work because it dictates what to pick and is not user friendly.

    I have sent 5-6 emails through the app. They have responded to maybe 2 of them, & that’s being generous.

  • Great app for easily communicating with property management

    Inland recently Took over managing my apartment complex. I was a little worried about new ownership and new management, but found out that they had this app for paying bills and for maintenance tickets, and it has made it so much easier. Whenever I see any bugs or have any issues with the apartment it takes me less than five minutes to put a maintenance ticket in to which they respond very quickly. I love the easy access on the app and makes things a lot easier as a renter.

    The app keeps saying it needs to verify my bank account but never does. So I have to use a card which charges an extra fee. It’s not user friendly. Other neighbors on the app are always asking how to use it. Not a fan.
