Worthless mobile app
This mobile app is completely worthless. When opened, it prompts for an email address to receive a sign-in link. The email it sends contains a button that opens Safari and takes you to a webpage that prompts you to enter your email address again to receive a sign-in link. The email it sends looks identical to the first one but the button opens Safari again and loads your case page there. Thus, there is no point in using the app at all, as it only takes you to the web interface anyways. Save yourself some time and just use the web interface from the start. They definitely used a 3rd rate app developer for this one.

Videos don’t send and it keeps separating everything
I have the latest iPhone 15 with service in my house and Wi-Fi, so no problem on my end, I can’t get videos to upload or large files, and if I put a comment to go with the first two pictures, it’s separate them

It’s simple and it works.
I never had any issues with this App and I feel quite safe with the security and the measure their willing to go to make sure their is little to no infiltration into the application from at least the client side of things. The lawyer side I do not know nothing about.

Twitching issue
App was great at first. I use to be able to get on and read everything without having to close it out due to the app twitching so bad you can't see any words.

Does not work
Clicking on the messages does not show messages. It just refreshes the main screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. This makes the app useless. I have to go to a computer every time to check or send messages.

Better Than Email
It’s quick, easy, and simple to use when keeping in contact with your lawyer on all time sensitive issues and matters. I’m always on the go but with this app it makes this stressful moment in life so much easier to deal with (this is coming from someone with ADHD, Anxiety and Borderline Depression) I am happy this app exists for this current hard chapter in my life. To all I hope you the best with your current situation hang in there!
