A great way to communicate with the attorney easy access immediate upload motivates me to be more attentive to my surroundings I can get the photos up it’s is a top-notch high-class sophisticated wonderful app thank you

This app doesn’t work unless you are on your computer 24-7. I’m sure I’m not the only client that doesn’t stay on the computer waiting for an email! If you don’t open the email immediately your not able to view it at all! I don’t think I’ll ever work with another law firm that communicates with this app!

Doesn’t Work
App asks for email address. Submit email address and it never sends email. Called tech support at number listed. They said have Lawyer stop sharing and reshape. Did that. Still nothing. Uninstalled app, re- downloaded app and submit email again. Still nothing

Doesn’t Function
I load the app. I enter my email address. It asks me to click a button to have an email sent to me in order to log on. I never receive the email. I have tried numerous times over the past week. I have deleted and reloaded the app. It still doesn’t work. I just spent an half hour on chat with one of your reps, who was of zero assistance.

Fake app
This isn’t an actual app. It is a shortcut to the regular web page, which is unreadable on a phone, as it is not formatted for mobile phones.

Amazing
Only Clio would develop an app for clients. I love it. They now call less, yet interact more. Perfect.
