why make a helpful App that doesn’t work?!
It doesn’t work! It’s just “something went wrong”. So the DOE is trying to help parents? Why would they create an App that DOESNT WORK?! I’ve never been able to login. It’s awful and they need to fix it immediately. It’s not safe for families and not fair! Fix it!Westminsterborn

I have tried restarting my phone, logging in and out, deleting the app, reinstalling and still have no data.
Tried to use the support icon and also did not work.
Mind you, I received an email today from DOE recommending that I download the app.
Based on the reviews, I doubt they’re fixing this anytime soon.Love89.xo
Just awful. Not even working this new school year
One can’t even contact support by phone, email or chat within the app. Crazy that NYC would spend so much money with a politically connected company when my neighbor has an app called Here Comes the Bus which is infinitely better and likely costs a fraction as muchApp Dev San Mateo
Could be an invaluable resource

Delete and start over
I have no idea why the developers have not removed this and developed a functional app. For the past week it doesn’t load and displays a try again message. Why have schools advertise more useless tools.ChristyA721

It works only 60% of the time…
But when it works, it works great. Certain mornings it doesnt work at all and just shows it’s loading. It’s extremely frustrating when you are trying to get your child ready for school and are worried they are going to miss the bus. Please fix the glitches.GoopsR

the app does not work half the time. its beyond annoying and inconvenient. its keeps looping and doesn't allow you to login. it doesnt help that the bus itself doesnt have a consistent schedule. Do better!snr122

As a software engineer myself being forced to use this app to track my child’s bus is a disgrace. She has cerebral palsy and has t ride the bus every day . This was supposed to be a tool to assist in coordination with the bus company. All this is , is a headache which is sad because an app like this doesn’t take much to work smoothly . You’re not re inventing the wheel gps tracking with devices is simple . You guys have NO EXCUSE for having such a poorly made app!!! These kids need everyone’s BEST effort . It just seems like via took the DOE’s money and delivered whatever they wanted. Wish they launch a bid for someone to make a new app! I would build one that rips this one to pieces by MYSELF.
