Takes so long to load the location.
Whenever I log on it takes long to load up the location on the bus,sometimes it doesn’t even load. I have to login twice sometimes I have to cancel the app to then see if I can log back in.I would give it no star if it even gave me the choice.
Needs improvement
The app is being used by most parents to check bus in the morning and afternoon. This school year, the app is getting worse. We have to login, remove app, add app again, and still could not log in. Please kindly improve the bus app as it is very important for parents to keep track of their kids. Thank you!!

I like the app, but it needs one fix.
I am a kid writing this, and me and my parent use this app in the morning and it's great. The only fix im asking for is for a setting to change when and how long until it signs you out. I know it is for security reasons, but at times it can get annoying. Besides that, great app! It gets the job done.

Mixed bag of tricks
When the driver actually logs on the app works beautifully but if they do not- good luck in finding out where your child is or where the bus is on its route. What is incredibly frustrating is there is no way to gauge and some of these bus companies are awful in terms of their customer service. Sigh! What was supposed to provide some level of comfort can and is mainly a colossal headache!

Useless
As soon as you sign in msg pops up “Something went wrong. Please try again later” followed by a loading screen. You go through the FAQs and it will just suggest “Contact Support” when you click on it “Something went wrong. Please try again later”. Its been like this since my son started school, I thought it would be fixed in a update or something but this is frustrating specially when the bus driver takes over 1-1 1/2 hours to drop my son, and he is special and can’t communicate well. i do appreciate the idea of this app but it simply doesn’t work, as you can see by the many reviews here.

This app is a JOKE
This app doesn’t even work never load . It’s kicks you off 20 times glitches everyday . I have yet to be able to track my sons ride . A waste of taxpayers money . DOE is a business and that’s all it is. They don’t care about the children or the parents I complained everyday and this app is still the same . Again a business in making money that’s all . Disgraceful DOE

Got the app a few days ago (new middle school mom) and have yet to go past the “Something Went Wrong” error. Horrible, unreliable, and quite frankly, useless at this point. Sue the developers, really. Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t work.

why make a helpful App that doesn’t work?!
It doesn’t work! It’s just “something went wrong”. So the DOE is trying to help parents? Why would they create an App that DOESNT WORK?! I’ve never been able to login. It’s awful and they need to fix it immediately. It’s not safe for families and not fair! Fix it!

I have tried restarting my phone, logging in and out, deleting the app, reinstalling and still have no data.
Tried to use the support icon and also did not work.
Mind you, I received an email today from DOE recommending that I download the app.
Based on the reviews, I doubt they’re fixing this anytime soon.

Just awful. Not even working this new school year
One can’t even contact support by phone, email or chat within the app. Crazy that NYC would spend so much money with a politically connected company when my neighbor has an app called Here Comes the Bus which is infinitely better and likely costs a fraction as much
