Your app is bad and you should feel bad
Three things:
1. Fix answer submissions. 80% failure to submit results the last 3 times I’ve tried. The 5th or 6th attempt was successful.
2. Do not use dropdown menus on a mobile app. They’re horrible. Just use a simple checkbox if there are 4 or fewer short answers. So much easier than scrolling through a stupid little menu. Half the time the answers don’t take for whatever reason and I have to do this 2-3 times for it to stick. USE CHECKBOXES.
3. Fix login. I’ve had to retry login half a dozen times. Why won’t it stay logged in and why is FaceID not an option?
The most fundamental pieces of this app are broken. Please fix so I don’t regret using this all the time.

Terrible
It apparently requires a super amazing internet connection to open. Sometimes the answers revert back to no answer even after I’ve selected no. The reminders don’t work at all. Doesn’t open on WiFi, doesn’t open on LTE, can’t sign me in. It’s just super frustrating. I doubt the care about these reviews since they already have a contract with HISD though.

Needs a different UI
Should have buttons for Yes/No instead of a drop-down menu for each question. Would be much faster for the user and less tapping
Reminders
Supposed to be able to set reminders but when you click on the tab nothing happens. Should have all the questions above one yes or no answer since we will get a call anyway no matter which one we answer yes.
Give up
The developers should give up on this trash app. Never works and doesn’t serve a purpose.

Slowest app
20 plus attempts every morning before it will load the questions. Everyone I know at work has the same issue, this app is a joke.
