Basic App, Needs Updating
App is pretty basic, you're just answering questions, but when it's the same questions everyday and you have the same answers everyday, there should be a way to answer all at once. What about when you get vaccinated? Will there be an option to enter that data and exempt you from the check in process?

Straightforward app. Simple 3 questions to answer before heading in to the office. Suggestion of adding Yes/No to the pull down menu was added - Nice!
Horrible app
If I could I would give this app a lower review, but that’s not happening. One of my coworkers has chronic headaches, and all because she answered the questions truthfully, and has been tested for covid, she can’t work for 10 days! The people behind their app need to do better or take it down!!!
Gets the job done!
Good app with a simple sign in method and the questions are thorough. It’s reassuring to know we’re all doing our part to remain healthy and safe.
Total waste of time.
This app is an unnecessary waste of time and energy. My company is forcing us to use this whole check in system and it is a real drag. When someone works multiple jobs and forgets to check in, what happens then? I foresee some huge issues ahead.
Check in 2 work
Pretty basic app. Asks you the common covid questions which if you answer correctly you get to safely go to work. But if you don’t answer the questions the way they want you too and have a negative covid test result. Then your not going to work. ingenious!
Does what it’s supposed to do
Required by my company as a part of their COVID plan. Have had no issues logging in. Have used it on WiFi and cellular connections. My biggest complaint was resolved when they added the additional verification step. Not to intrusive and easy to verify answers. Don’t know how this can be done any better.

Have been using this since aug 2020. Works fine for me. I wish the yes and no were further apart sometimes I press yes by mistake. It great though you can review your answers after you submit.
Overall good
The app is a bit hard to use when answering questions. A check box or just tapping on yes or no may be a bit better. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. Overall, I’ve had good experiences when contacting customer service.
Improving App
The overall technology of this app seems basic, but it is effective in what my company is trying to achieve.
Functionality is much improved from the beginning of Covid and I have minimal if any struggles with the interface.
Our company was frustrated with the mistakes being made on the drop downs, so they were able to take that feedback and create a confirmation page for a final review before the answers were submitted much reducing errors/cost.
One call it took longer than expected to get a call back to talk through symptoms before reporting to work, but the other times I have not had an issue.
