Glitchy and Hangs
Required for work. Does the basics for what is required, but constantly hangs or glitches when trying to process the checkin. Slow when jumping around the menu. For what this does, it should not be this slow to process data.

This app runs very slow and doesn’t work correctly. I have to use this app for work daily. It runs so slowly that I have to text check into work just to clock in for work hope you guys are able to fix this soon

Worst covid tracker app ever. I’ve used plenty
of other employer mandated apps. For axiom medical to generate millions in revenue and can’t make a functional basic app that replies on creating a Microsoft to log in, lags/freezes all the time, horrible design/font/layout. Invest in UX. This is shameful and does not make our lives easier. Companies - stop hiring this company. It shouldn’t be this difficult for the user to use or to design an app.

Can not upload photo of vaccine card
App only allows for photo to be uploaded directly from camera - not from photo library. Very inconvenient.
Terrible app that never updates
People get locked out all the time due to errors- and the interface is something out of 2001.
They have no incentive to improve this app because companies like mine just keep paying big bucks for crap apps and it shows.

Poorly implemented
Two major problems. The app will not remember my login from one day to the next, so I’m constantly having to log in each morning. I also get multiple notifications at the same time for some reason.
Atrocius
Loses user input. Awkward interface. Chat bot useless. AutoInCorrect. requires users to waive the rights & Axiom’s liability

I hate this app I wasted my time every weekday morning checking in while some associates don’t check in every day and no one says anything to those people. This is the most wasted time and money the company I work for spent money on. I should have the options to rate this app a big fat zero.
Doesn’t Work
App doesn’t work. I answered no on all the questions and I still got sick!!
