Be careful with this company. They are crooks.
I signed up and was promised various things, including a detailed diet plan. And when they didn’t send me anything free almost 1 month, I wanted to cancel. They contested it with my credit card company and showed them false documentation that they claim was submitted, that they never did. I didn’t bother fighting back as it was only $200, and I can afford it. But for others, be very careful. These guys are liars. Worst part is they claim to be an Islamic based company, and they are far from it.

Bad communication
I bought the membership. I tried to get the access to the app. But I need to make the reservation for a meeting to get the access. Tried to book the appointment through the website. I couldn’t find the option. Tried so much to communicate with them. No response at all. This really frustrating!!
