Paid for this app after a couple months decided didn’t use it wanted to cancel it the subscription option has vanished so you can’t cancel it says get in touch I have done many times. Responded a couple times stating they will cancel an refund that was over 6 months ago. Just for taking your money so I wouldn’t be getting it. Be aware.

I put the email and the password still tell me to double check them

I’ve made an account and verified it and everything but it still refuses to sign me in telling me to double check my email and password when I’ve checked them multiple times

This guy delivers excellent workouts that really leave you sore if you do them right. Easy to watch and understand videos. Quality stuff.
Yearly service fee
I decided to cancel my subscription and unfortunately found after the fact that they charge you a yearly service fee even if you cancel ($49). Make sure to fully read terms of service. Program is otherwise easy to follow, the nutrition basics are not helpful if you have previous exercise physiology experience.
