  • 2nd Time Locked Out

    I have the free version. I had two businesses connected and then got locked out with an error message. I took a picture of this and wish I could attach it. The first time one of my coworkers resent the information and in addition, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. This seem to get me back on. But then it happened again. This time I have tried to go to your help center, but there is never a live person and it keeps taking me to issues that are not my issues and the problem is never resolved. I still have two businesses that I need to interact with on Boards and I am unable to get on. With one of my companies that I work with there are other people that have expressed the same frustration. I just now enrolled in a class that I see that you sent via email in hopes that I can interact with someone with, this app that can help me. I see no other way to get help with this. I continue to get an error message and a screen that does not respond at all. I have deleted and rebooted my phone and my iPad many times and hopes of getting back on this app. if anyone with your company can help me that would be great. If not, I have lost means of communication with two businesses that I need to work.

  • Can’t simply re-save videos to phone

    So far my biggest dislike is that I can’t just re-save videos right back into my camera roll like I can photos! I have to send them to myself and messenger and then save them to my phone and that’s only if it’s not too large of a file and it’s even more of a process to get the video back onto my phone! You can share link on social media so it doesn’t work. The post gets denied so the video itself has to be downloaded to the post rather than the link, taking them to it! Other than the issue with that, I love this app so far

  • Great Tool, but Disappointing Limitations

    Boards was once an excellent tool for sharing content with partners and managing my own boards, especially when they allowed up to three boards for free. However, they've significantly reduced the functionality unless you're willing to pay for it. Now, you're limited to just one board unless you upgrade, which feels restrictive. As a small business owner, I already face mounting expenses, and adding another paid service to the list is frustrating. It’s unfortunate that such a useful tool is becoming harder to access without a subscription.

    Hello. The free trial provides access to premium features, but after it ends, features like creating and accessing unlimited Boards require an upgrade to the Business version.   • LOVE the features of this app.

    Having this app in my back pocket has been a GAME-CHANGER in my business. I lived for every update and new feature that came with it. Until I was forced to become a premium member. I started with the app since the beginning (while it was free and you were able to have unlimited boards). Once the platform transferred to the upgrade, I lost access to the main board I worked so hard to build and every feature I use the most has become a premium feature. I understand WHY it was done, I’m just mad about it. It’s giving price gouge… and leaves a horrible taste. I love the features, but binding think it’s worth $10 a month. I’m giving it a couple months to see if it’s worth the fee, otherwise I’ll be deleting.

  • Key board isn’t great, but app works well

    Update: Been using a few years now. Key board still isn’t the best at functioning but I’ve gotten use to going in and out of the app to copy/paste what I need.

    Its always been a bit glitchy but manageable. I would have to close and reopen the app to get the keyboard option to stop going black or just disappearing. Worked ok when I first purchased it but now that I’ve been using it for 8-9 months, the keyboard is constantly glitchy to the point I don’t even use that option anymore. I just keep switching back and forth between Boards app and messenger or facebook. But now even doing that is difficult because it has started freezing up and won’t let me go back to previous screen or doesn’t allow me to scroll. I have checked to see if there has been an update but none that I can find. I paid $80-some for the full year’s subscription of the app back in March and now its mid December 2023. I like the app, just wish it would work like it’s supposed to.

  • Worst app ever!!!!!!!

    I have been unable to access this app. It says I get a 14 day trial upgrade and to start now but when pressing get started it says an error occurred. I have tried deleting the app and it still persists. Its costing me time to set up my business. Per the instructions where completing the customer service instructions, I joined the Facebook group that was given to me to ask questions while waiting for support. My question was declined by support citing group role, don’t ask questions meant for support. Still waiting for support and ultra annoyed. And cost business. Deleting app and taking its use up the chain of command for 2mlm’s that I am a part of that use this poor excuse of a business app with zero care or concern for its users. 👎👎👎👎👎

  • 🤷🏾‍♀️

    One day it’s working and It’s the best thing that happened to our Praise Team. The next day it’s not. It literally forced me to do a trial… when the trial ended, i was no longer able to go in the boards for my Praise Team. It forced me to do a trial for a subscription and when the trial was over, it told me to choose one. I’m still trying to choose the Praise Team board, with which I originally started. I cannot even open that board. I have downloaded songs and written out lyrics to least, 40 songs that I uploaded and if I delete the app and reload it, I lose all the data.

    I wanted to upgrade…not so sure now. I have not been able to access the app or reach anyone. I’m not so sure an upgrade or subscription would be worth the hassle of fixing any glitches or getting into files.

  • Don’t waste your money-deserves a zero

    Boards seems like a good idea especially for teams that use it for business but I can no longer use it for what I was using it for without paying and this just happens to be the method my team uses so I am starting off with being forced to add another expense that I don’t need. Funny since I originally got it when it was a free app. I literally had it two days and I got the notice saying “we decided to rip you off by making you pay for this” after having access to all the features.
    Now I can’t download, can’t share, can’t use keyboards, or access any of my boards I’ve created for person use unless I pay a monthly ripoff.
    However, if you want something to take up space on your phone this is the perfect app for you.
    C’mon boards! I’m sure there was a better way you could have thought this one out.

  • Disappointed

    I started using this app about 3-4 months ago. It is a very useful app, until now. When I first signed up, you were allowed to have 3 free boards and the option to purchase a subscription to have access to as many boards as you needed (3+). In August, they decided to give a “free trial” to use as many boards as you wanted. My trial was for 14 days as I was an existing user. Yesterday (8/29) when I opened the app to use my information, it said I had to upgrade and purchase a subscription to have access to my information. I can’t access any of my data without purchasing a subscription. I’m very upset and disappointed with Boards. If someone is just starting out in a new small business, they will have to buy the service after their trial ends. Be careful and don’t “put all your eggs in one basket” only to lose it when the trial is over.
