  • Glitchy

    Its always been a bit glitchy but manageable. I would have to close and reopen the app to get the keyboard option to stop going black or just disappearing. Worked ok when I first purchased it but now that I’ve been using it for 8-9 months, the keyboard is constantly glitchy to the point I don’t even use that option anymore. I just keep switching back and forth between Boards app and messenger or facebook. But now even doing that is difficult because it has started freezing up and won’t let me go back to previous screen or doesn’t allow me to scroll. I have checked to see if there has been an update but none that I can find. I paid $80-some for the full year’s subscription of the app back in March and now its mid December 2023.
    I like the app, just wish it would work like it’s supposed to.

  • Boards Not working and closes

    I have used Boards since February and absolutely loved it until recently. When using boards, it closes and will not let me use it. I have tried to reopen and use it from my iPhone repeatedly. Was there an update that went out? It is not working and I am very upset that I am currently paying for something that doesn’t work. It will load and thwn close immediately! I would love some help on how to fix it! I have taken a video of what it’s doing too.

  • Glitchy

    Love the app. Glitches often and currently is not working at all with the iOS 17.3 update. Board keyboard doesn’t come up, the app itself freezes, and I’m forced to login using web browser and not able to use features I paid for with premium.

    Glitches include tapping one button but the message of another button populates in message box.

    I need fixed asap seeing I paid for a premium product that is not functioning.

  • Love the app but….

    I’ve been using this app for years and love it! The problem is since it became a paid subscription I’ve had issues with it going blank so that I have to go back in and get to where I was. I’m sure it’s a glitch and hopefully can be fixed. That being said I still wouldn’t give up the app and for me it is very much with the subscription.

  • Zero Stars

    I started out loving the app and ease of use. When it became a paid app I happily paid the yearly subscription price. Then all the trouble started, it glitches all the time. It's virtually unusable. Even after working with their support team, uninstalling and reinstalling, updating my operating system, deleting all my cache memory, and installing their newest version. It's still not working! Can't believe I paid for a yearly subscription for this. It's been nearly two months of trouble shooting and two months since I've been able to use it successfully.

  • Deceitful Scam

    This app is amazing, I’ve been using it to share my offers and respond to comments and it saves so much time and hassle! It was free for the last year or two and Now they want ten dollars a month (!!!!) for this app that only does one thing? Seems pretty insane especially considering how many other subscriptions small business owners have to pay for in a regular basis. This is highway robbery. Shame on your boards. I found another version that does the same thing for $10 a YEAR- it’s called Fast Auto Paste. Not as pretty as boards but it works!

  • Unable to access updates on my keyboard

    I started experiencing this issue 2 weeks ago. I contacted support, they suggested to delete the app and download again. The issue was not resolved. I use boards on a daily basis for my business and I input new data consistently….

  • Good app, but they need to fix the bugs

    I don’t mind paying for the app, but it really bothers me that when I add a new text replacement it doesn’t update in my keyboard. If I’m paying for the app, it should work. But it doesn’t. I have to delete the app and then reinstall it every time to make it work

    Hi NikNugz! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The Keyboard not synching Issue is resolved! The latest version of the Boards App IOS is v2.9.7. Please, go to App Store, search for the Boards App, and choose "update". If you don´t see the bottom to update, please tap on the Boards Icon, then "Update".
  • Free version is useless

    After using this app for months (and loving it) now it’s not free anymore. The free version has lifetime of 100 keyboard interactions which is a countdown to a useless app. Don’t download it because you’ll spend lots of time loading your content and then you and every person on your team will have to pay a crazy amount of money ($9.99 per month or $6.99 per month billed annually per user). Once you run out of free interaction using the keyboard then, according to the developer, you can still use the app for free by going in and sharing from there. It’s like using a notes app and sharing from it. To the developer: Get your act together and fix this. By the way, if you are going to respond to this review don’t use the boards keyboard and copy-paste this instead so you know what we, your customers, are feeling:
