  • Deceiving tactics to get upgraded account

    I’m really upset about a recent change in the free vs paid memberships. Every free app user was recently forced to try out the premium paid account for 14 days. Free trial I did not ask for. After the 14 days were over - BAM! All of my personal boards and shared boards were deactivated and I get a message that I can now only have one SHARED BOARD with my free account. If I want access to the personal board I’ve spent hours creating and use daily and share daily I’d have to pay. No warning, just BAM it’s gone! I didn’t realize that this free trial would leave me stranded without access to my own personal board after the trial was over. That should been made more clear. I am now not able to access my pictures, scripts and all of my info nor was I made aware before the trial started so I could’ve saved my info elsewhere. That’s so sneaky. What a way to anger your clients. I’ve spent hours creating my personal board. It is a horrible way to roll out new rules. Leave your clients so frustrated and force them to pay you. This is not a honest way to earn loyalty as a business owner. Beware of using this app. You never know when new rules and payment will be demanded.

  • Who can I talk to?

    I paid almost $100 for a years subscription and I only used it for 5 months. I only purchased it because the business I was with requires the use of it and there were only 10 free shares a day. I am no longer with the business, and there’s no option for a refund. I’m really hoping they don’t charge me next November especially if there’s no support to talk to. Half the time the keyboard would glitch and enter in the wrong tab when communicating and there was another time where it didn’t work at all until I did two updates on my phone.

  • Stop removing features we already pay for

    I was a huge fan of the platform when they started, actually worked on the initial team giving feedback when it was in its infancy. It’s really disappointing when you have a feature available, then decide after it becomes popular to create another tier to your plans and remove those features we’re already paying for so we’re forced to move to the higher plan and pay more money.

    We shouldn’t have to pay more money or upgrade just to keep the same features. Ex: just got the email that now the forms feature is now being taken away from the Business plan. Really? You’ve already forced many to upgrade to this plan when you took away the capability for them to create more than 3 boards or send more than 100 messages.

    How about actually come up with better features for the higher plans instead of looking for more ways to squeeze dollars out of your customers with what you already have. I love the platform but you keep doing this, and it’s just not right. I’m extremely disappointed.

As part of this mission, we are constantly improving and the new Forms feature will include enhanced forms capabilities, accepting submissions with Google Sheets, multiple choice questions, and much more. If you have a Business subscription this change won’t affect your forms. We will share more updates via email and app notifications over the next couple of weeks Regards
  • I can’t believe I’m paying for an app that doesn’t work

    When this app was free, it was perfect. And don’t get me wrong. I have no problem paying for an app. But I do have a problem paying for an app. That worked great before it was a paid for app and now does nothing but glitch! If I go to one folder, it bounces me out and put me in a completely different one. If I click on one thing, it puts a different thing in my keyboard. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve recently switched to WordBoard and will be canceling my subscription this month. I have used Boards for 3 1/2 years, but it’s just not worth to me anymore.

    If you’re considering using this app, I highly recommend downloading WordBoard instead. It doesn’t do any of this nonsense.

  • Literally TRASH

    “I literally never write reviews but for what's happening, I had to. I have had an unbelievable numerous amount of issues in regards to trying to upgrade and purchasing the subscription and it never actually being applied. I have officially done it almost over 50 times, deleted the app, deleted my account, made a new one, waited a couple days, etc... literally everyone you could think of, even tried to go through my laptop and no luck. I have contacted support multiple times and they are no help and I think they've given up because they have not answered. It dealt all comes down to Boards not registering that I have purchased it. I honestly don't understand either because it shows up in subscriptions with the price they're charging me (even though on the app I still don't have access to more than 3 boards), but it doesn't show up in my purchased.” (Reposted because ABSOLUTE SAME)

    Patiently waiting for another company to create something with the same concept that actually WORKS.

  • Terrible updates for IPad users 😡 BAIT and Switch

    I have a paid for account and have had for some time. I've had issues with that but my review is due to the fact that they now have decided to ONLY support iPad users in landscape mode. 😡This is a pain and seriously creates so much of a headache I don't want to use it. I use it for my team and have encouraged 100's plus to use it but no more. Forcing ONE 1️⃣ type of user to use landscape mode is it only unacceptable and
    Discriminating BUT time consuming and frustrating. I use my iPad instead of my iPhone as it's easier to see on and make typing corrections on. Now when I'm in one program copying to create a board I then need to switch to landscape mode to create a board. As I'm often going back and forth between apps this means I'm constantly changing my iPad side to side. This takes time for the iPad to change and the constant back and forth is nothing short of annoying. Maybe this is ok for the unpaid version but for those of us paying and have been paying you literally removed a service we bought and paid for. I sure don't see a discount on my account and yet you have created a complete headache for me ‼️
    So as much as I've loved using this service the bait and switch (yes u sold me a service with portrait option and then updated it away) has me very disillusioned with your company.

  • Unfortunate glitches that cost you your business

    I literally never write reviews but for what’s happening, I had to. I also gave it 5 stars so that it comes up first. I would give it 2 stars though, because it’s a great tool, but it’s NOT working.

  • Absolutely essential for the mobile professional!

    This app will help you revolutionize your efficiency as a person who does a lot of work from their phone or other mobile device. It has improved over time and they are always thinking of ways to enhance features.

    I recommend this app for anyone who works remotely and needs to be more efficient in the way they get information out to others! It will save you a ton of time! Buy the premium version- you won’t regret it!

  • Love it overall, but hate it on an iPad.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. But be warned, recently it stopped working in portrait mode on my iPad, it turns everything sideways no matter how I hold the iPad, and it’s impossible to easily share content when you’re working in portrait mode. Asked about this in the Facebook users group and the response was that’s just the way it is now. This makes no sense since it still operates in portrait mode on my phone. My app is updated, but this issue makes me hate the iPad app now. So much less convenient, as my iPad is where I do most of my work. If this issue could be fixed, I would give it 5+ stars.

  • Great idea but without a search engine it’s often useless.

    I love how the boards work and how I can store many things, but without a search engine I can’t find things that I sometimes forget where I stored them. I have been asking for this for over a year, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. when you have any app that stores information a search engine is needed! Stop adding other frivolous things and taking stuff away from the free version that hampers our teams and add a search engine!
