Handy shopping but backend execution failed
The app works well for selecting a store based on location, and for shopping products and adding them to your cart. It shows you if the product is in stock or not, and you can select from different available bottle sizes. The PROBLEM is the inventory is not reliable. After checking out my cart, the store called me to tell me an item I purchased is not available. Then, having selected curbside pickup, I parked in front of the store and followed the app instructions for identifying my vehicle and notifying the store I was there. HOWEVER, no one from the store responded to deliver my order to the parking lot. After waiting several minutes, I then called the store and they brought my order out.royharper
Annoying nuances
First, the app works good for the most part. Although, why wouldn’t it? It’s mostly a clone if the Drizly app. However, there are several annoying nuances that completely turn me off to this trash.
First, is that a popup asks me to select “yes” or “no” for notifications LITERALLY every freaking time I open the app. If I select “no”, STOP asking me! Period! If I change my mind I’ll take care it!
Second, ever since the last version there’s an app notification red dot in the corner of the app icon that will not go away! No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of it. I viewed and clicked on everything in the app, nothing removes it. Lazy testing and attention to detail.
Lastly, I see absolutely no way to delete old notifications. I’ve held my finger on them, swiped left or right, looked for options at the top of the screen, etc… Yet no ability exits to remove them that makes sense like most other apps. I literally have notifications from two years ago still listed. Ridiculous.onedog24
Order of Operations
The app works fine to search for items and add them to your cart for purchase. It is frustrating, however, to find out after making your selections to finally find out that no store is within delivery distance. One would think that this would be handled during the initial step of entering your location to find the store in the first place. Of course, after being told that the nearby store cannot deliver, you are offered to change your order to pickup. Read into that as you will.Xanthus179

DON’T DO IT
This app is worse than their customer service. Nothing ever works. Glitches, crashes, just hot garbage. You can find a better app, and a better company.JayUtah
Completely disappointed
Only because i had to put 1 star other than that it is a -0 ....I placed a order at 7:49pm i called immediately after i placed a order to insure that my order would be delivered, and i spoke to a gentleman that stated that he received my order and it will be delivered, (doesn't stop till 9pm, )
All to get a call at 8:49pm telling me that she can't deliver because she has somewhere to be....... omg really????? I will be calling corporate to make a report on Chrissy ..... i feel that this is very unprofessional and i am very offended i guess CUSTOMERS matter at BIGREDf bigred
