My partner and I have been using Agape for almost a year and we absolutely adore it! It’s a really easy to use app that allows you to connect with your partner and answer daily questions. I love how different the daily questions are. Some are fun and light, like what my dream house would look like. While other questions are about conflict resolution and help you navigate disagreements. You also have the option to add memories! If you have any questions or comments, customer service is really easy to reach and are very supportive and sweet. This app is 10/10 and I would recommend it to people who want to continue to build and grow their relationship.
Since the beginning of my boyfriend and I’s relationship, we’ve used agape. I mean like literally 2 weeks into dating we started using it and have been going for coming up on a year already. Being in a relationship can be hard but agape feels like a mediator who opens the questions up that we otherwise wouldn’t talk about but are incredibly important. Since using agape, we can explore reasons why we felt some way or why we act a way. If you want to grow a long time standing and healthy relationship with your significant other, just do yourself the solid favor and get agape
TLDR: It’s only helpful for a little while and then you either pay for the subscription or it gets very very boring. We have only used the free version and at first it was very good. Caused us to really think about our answers, but after awhile, it’s turned into not much other than rephrased questions from previous days or “fun” questions like “what do you think your partner would sell their kidney for?” Or “what have most other ppl done that you haven’t?” I don’t find this thought-provoking, inductive of connection with my fiancé, or helpful. All the topics that would be interesting are locked up in the subscription. In short, it was really good to start with but unless you want to pay, it gets very boring.
I sent my boyfriend the link to download this App without explanation thinking, “maybe he’ll be interested in doing this with me every once in a while?” To my pleasant surprise, my man began and still to this day, answers the Daily Question everyday first thing in the morning!! This App helps couples establish and maintain connection. My boyfriend and I love it because we are long distance (we live roughly one hour away from one another). We both keep busy schedules and work jobs that hold a lot of responsibility, so we only get to see each other on the weekends. One of our favorite things to do is call at night and discuss our answers to the App that day. This App has helped us deepen our relationship, establish emotional intimacy and strengthen our communication. Thanks so much Agapè 🤍
I very recently got this app for my Girlfriend and I and we both love it already. It helps us both honestly answer questions that we may not have thought of asking before. Additionally the customer service is amazing. They responded within a day of me asking about something and they gave me an amazing solution and we’re super nice about it as well. I highly recommend this app to any new couples who might need some assistance figuring eachother out.
I saw this app on social media and decided to try it out. I’ve always thought couples apps were cringey or unnecessary, but I was so wrong. This app is incredible. My love language is words of affirmation and this app makes it so easy to integrate kind words into everyday life. Sometimes it can be awkward or feel unnatural to approach your partner out of the blue and say “I’m thankful for you because _____” but when it’s in this format, it’s so much more natural and easy. I can’t even express how much I love it and how it has made my partner and I grow so much closer.
I just want to thank you…. From the bottom of my heart… THANK YOU! My boyfriend and I got into a huuuuuuuge disagreement two weeks in a row and your “After an Argument” series helped us understand each other completely in a way that I don’t believe would have been possible without answering those questions. I am taken by surprise by the fact that I am viewing this in such a positive light. While the disagreement nearly led to our demise, Agape quite literally saved our relationship and I feel more loved, valued, understood, and respected than EVER before. He does too. We are both soooo incredibly grateful for this app. Thank you soooo much!
Just like the relationship itself, the app really works well when you both invest into it. The prompts have really good insight into yourself and the relationship; the fact you can’t see your partner’s answer until you send in yours is good too. Being able to go back through answers and also share memories is a good touch. The free version has a lot of good prompts, and the paid version is great for specific topics and dives in deep with those. Being in an LDR, this gives us things to talk about that happen in our daily lives that we don’t normally think about, and having conversations about those things brings a different spark into our dynamic. Both partners have to use it honestly and give the same effort to make it fruitful, and it builds investment. It’s a fantastic step for relationship health (NOT a tool for therapy)!
I truly adore this app. I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I am so so big on words of affirmation but my boyfriend isn’t. He’s not opposed it’s just not his thing. So we have been trying to find a way to include words of affirmation into our relationship and conversation. This app had truly changed my life. I am communicating like never before and receiving love in the way I have always needed. I also love all the fun prompts it’s so fun waking up and looking at the new prompt each day :)
This app has opened up new conversation topics for my girlfriend and I. It has made us comfortable to talk about sensitive subjects, prepare for the future, and learn how to appreciate every minute we have with each other. They are always coming up with new topics so we always look forward to writing new prompts everyday. The first thing I do in the morning is write my daily prompt to her. I love reading what we write to each-other and I look back on our pasts prompts before I go to bed. I also really love the developers of the app, they continue to add new topics frequently, there’s an endless list to choose from.
