Nice to see the electricity output that had not been observed previously. And, I can be advised at a recommended maintenance timing.

I almost did not download the app because of the negative reviews, however I had zero issues setting up the app. It has a wealth of good information and functionality.
Unable to pair EM6500SX with IOS 14
I saw that this generator had an app to monitor power output and was thrilled, however after numerous attempts and many tries I am unable to pair it via Bluetooth, disappointing.
Great app... but it could be better
Hey all, first I want to say that the app works great with both of my Eu2200i’s the one thing that would make this even better is if it supported landscape mode. Not a big deal for single generator use. However when you have two running with the parallel cable it wold be great if the app would show both load gages for each generator on one screen.

Thank you for your generous appreciation and feedback for the app. You did have a good point regarding the improvement of the app. Just in case, when you pair with multiple generators at the same time, you can swipe the Home screen to transfer to another. The current app has at least such function. Thank you.
Repairing after loss of signal????
I just purchased a pair of eu2200i gens, and one of the main reasons was the maintenance reminders from this app. But if I have signal loss while the gens are running I can’t reconnect. Please fix this! I’m happy to help debug...
Won’t work when I need it.
EU2200i . App Worked fine when I bought generatora month ago. I lost power today and cannot get app to sync to phone to save my life. I’ve tried restarting it turning phone off deleting and reinstalling the app. Ugh
Does not work with iPhone 11
I have tried everything to get this app to work with my new Honda 2200i. I have tried multiple times and will not connect to the app. I have followed the directions perfectly. I start the generator and attempt to pair by phone with the device within the 30 sec time frame.
Bluetooth Pairing Issue Resolved
I had trouble connecting the bluetooth for my brand new EU2200i. I reached out to Honda and they were very helpful with troubleshooting the issue. At first when I followed the steps, I would get an unknown generator appearing within the 30 secs pairing window, it asks you to repair again, what you need to do is turn off the generator and then start it up again then proceed with pairing the unknown generator. This restarts the 30 sec clock and you’ll be able to pair successfully within the app.
