    Developer Response

  • Bothersome pop up messages

Keep getting pop up messages to complete tasks that are impossible to complete and there is no way to stop them. I called and a technician stopped them for a short time but they are back again. It’s extremely annoying. Programs patient information is always outdated. Even when it is linked to patients full information .Thedacare has too many apps and programs and apps that are different to use and are not coordinated or linked to each other. Thedacare is a hot mess

    Developer Response

Your feedback helps to make the Ripple app experience even better. Thanks for taking the time to write it out. We’ve passed it on to our product team for review. If you do have questions, please contact us at ripple_support@icanbwell.com.
  • Too difficult to set up

I have several doctors. I’m not about to call each one to set up an app for what I see as offering very little convenience.
