Unable to reach provider
I had 19 vials of blood drawn. They all come in a different times, no big deal, most normal, some not. I have questions, I try to contact the provider through the app. That’s provider is not listed at all for me!! Wait..what?? I just saw this person for over an hour & took 19 blood samples from me…why is she not listed?? I call on a Thursday morning, asking for someone to call me about details on my labs, no call back. I call back Monday morning & was informed that I was left a voicemail on Friday! Nope, no call missed, no voicemail received?? What is going on?? I ask if that person can please send me a detailed message in MyChart with results on my labs please! Anyway, after I was emailed a question about this office and said what happened. I was called by the provider with 24 hours! Went over my lab results and need more done. We agreed to not have the virtual visit this week, yet it was never canceled.. needless to say I’m not impressed at all with this provider at all!! I do see a different on next week & let’s hope it goes a lot better!!
Issues with App
Again, no follow through. Nobody answers questions using the app. Seems to be one way. Does not work for me.
