Unable to reach provider
Once you see the provider here, they want you to download the app. No problem!
I had 19 vials of blood drawn. They all come in a different times, no big deal, most normal, some not. I have questions, I try to contact the provider through the app. That’s provider is not listed at all for me!! Wait..what?? I just saw this person for over an hour & took 19 blood samples from me…why is she not listed?? I call on a Thursday morning, asking for someone to call me about details on my labs, no call back. I call back Monday morning & was informed that I was left a voicemail on Friday! Nope, no call missed, no voicemail received?? What is going on?? I ask if that person can please send me a detailed message in MyChart with results on my labs please! Anyway, after I was emailed a question about this office and said what happened. I was called by the provider with 24 hours! Went over my lab results and need more done. We agreed to not have the virtual visit this week, yet it was never canceled.. needless to say I’m not impressed at all with this provider at all!! I do see a different on next week & let’s hope it goes a lot better!!

Issues with App
I get notifications and then there is nothing new. It is not updated without me mentioning everything so not useful. No follow through on some issues. Sometimes blood work is not ordered before physical. ( I got that solved for next time). People are friendly. App does not work for me.
Again, no follow through. Nobody answers questions using the app. Seems to be one way. Does not work for me.

Accurate and Easy to Use
I’ve found that this app allows me to schedule appointments, view results, communicate with my doctor, and take care of financial and insurance issues. It is always accurate, always useful.
Great resource for my medical care
Love the app, easy to use. Always available, giving you the ability to keep tabs on your own healthcare. Communicate with healthcare providers, labs and tests, easy access to med list, reminders and quickly direct it to place in your own calendar. I can’t imagine life without it. I have a significant number of providers and this keeps it all organized.

Review for phone calls
You prompt your patients to hit "1" if we wanted to review you after a call, but that never works. We end up being hung up on and we're never able to do the review.!! Your phone system is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! I spend more time being given the "run around" than any place I'm attempting to do business with!!! I'm usually hung up on even after waiting 20 to 40 minutes to reach who I'm calling!!! Thennnn I have to call back again!!! Please leave FULL NAMES when leaving a message to return call & a direct line to call!!! I waste literally HOURS trying to return calls!!! You people have no problem trying to get our money to pay a bill.... but us trying to return a call is ABSOLUTE INSANITY!

Today I wanted to do a serve at the end of the call so I pushed one when they told me to and when they finished my call... I waited for something to come on so I could leave my review and it was just a dead end call dropped!!????

Intuitive, easy to work with. Telephone support readily available.
Just switched from UW MyChart to Froedert mychart. Everything is easier to work with . the whole system is much better than UW. I am especially pleased with my MPN hematology oncology specialist, Dr. Laura Michaelis And her support staff. Many thanks! Ruth H

I LOVE THIS!!
I use it often for checking appointments, researching doctor’s backgrounds, test results, locations of new appointments, billing and so much more. AND I never have a problem signing in, it even tells me my password.
I don’t know what computer company keeps it all together but never let them go, they are worth every penny.

Dr Oliver Scotting
Dr Scotting was so well informed about every question I asked him about knee revision surgery. He explained everything clearly and completely in a manner that I could easily understand. He displayed understanding of my fears and feelings. He took time to analyze the components of my earlier surgeries to find the solutions to my problem. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed and very happy we had found the doctor we needed for my surgery. A big thank you to Dr Scotting!
