Just three problems
I’ve been obsessed with this game for the pass month or so but it would a god send if when the cafeteria was full that the prisoners waiting outside for their turn to eat or something because a lot of prisoners go hungry because the line is too long for them to stand on and the same thing for the showers, maybe they can stay in the bathroom and keep increasing their hygiene until it’s Max and ones it is they leave the room instead of just washing their hands once and leaving so everyone can stay clean. Lastly, when an activity started the prisoners sure quickly go to the location like for the workshops instead of a slowly walking because of that people also go hungry or don’t get exercise. I really hope you read my request and consider them. Thank you for the amazing game and keep up the great work ❤️

Not terrible. Needs a bit of work.
Good game overall. Ads aren’t overly annoying, upgrades don’t take too long to achieve within your prisons, and it’s neat to see the stages of each item you’re upgrading.
However, it does need a bit of work. It’s fairly easy to fully upgrade your prison so I’ve discovered that I spend lots of time just waiting to reform enough prisoners to go to the next prison. I wish there were reason to go back to my older ones like additions and such but as of now there isn’t. Also, I wish I could set janitors to certain areas to clean because if I’m gone for any amount of time my prison ends up nasty and it takes forever for the janitors to get it all clean because they wander aimlessly and will (for instance) clean a mess in the cell area but walk past three more messes in the same area just to leave the cell area and go clean in the lobby.
ALSO. The events are stupidly slow paced, none of my usual tactics work for upgrading and keeping things in check, and I think it ends too soon each time.

Great game
This is probably the best idle game you can get. You don’t have to watch ads every minute or every time you do a couple things. Well it’s not mandatory that you have to watch it, it’s an option to watch to get extra money. Which I personally enjoy because I don’t always want to watch ads. You can upgrade cells to max then stay off for a couple hours and come back to the game earning a lot of money which makes upgrading soooo easy. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is when I come back for being off for maybe 30 minutes the prisoners stress level is to the point where they’ll riot at any point. I think that’s kinda unfair if I have everything upgraded why would I come back to prisoners being very very stressed. Update: just came back on the game after 30 minutes of not playing and a riot happened and I LOST all 50 of my guards. Everything is upgraded I cannot upgrade anything so it doesn’t make sense to my why they would get stressed when I’m not actively on the game every 10 minutes.

Loading Issues
The game won’t load. It’s a blank screen 4 out of the 6 times I try to open it and one other time it’s a loading screen but it won’t load. The music works so it is registering that I did open the app. The 6th time or so it actually works. Maybe.. But I come back an hour later and it does the exact same thing. This wouldn’t be so frustrating if it only happened once or twice that I have to restart the app, but it’s been at least 6 times each and it’s becoming intolerable.
Other than that, the game is really unique compared to other idle games because of all of the extra components that go into it. For example: there is more to upgrade than just 2 parts to a cell and the electricity and water. There are bathrooms, radios, TVs, beds, etc. A lot more detail as well! That’s why I’m sticking with the game. That and I have nothing better to do at this moment haha. I do really enjoy this game.
I hope the next update will fix this issue that I mentioned!

Boring
It takes weeks for the developers to reply to you if they do at all out of 6 to 10 emails I’ve sent them I have had two answers.
I did spend money on this game when I first downloaded it as I thought this is going to be fun and keep me entertained for ages little did I know that within 4 to 6 weeks I would finish everything there was to do in the game and have nothing to spend the billions of dollars that rack up.
They do an extra present event every week that is the exact same every week this game needs a lot new content needs to be able to expand the existing prisons and needs new prisons on a regular basis to keep everyone active.
Doing the same event every single Friday Saturday Sunday is very boring there are multiple Facebook pages about this and the developers once again never reply to any questions.

Loved the game at the start...but
Overall the game is fun, however the difference between levels needs to be a bit more exciting, the time to upgrade is beyond ridiculous! I compete a level, and then I worked out it would take me two months of playing daily on the level I already completed to gain the extra prisoners to be able to upgrade. That’s crazy! There needs to less of a gap or easier ways to move forward without being put off like that. The other thing is the cost for things, it’s once again taking too much time to get there, and it’s not enticing enough to want spend $ to upgrade that way either. If the others improve it’d be a 5 star from me.

Have to buy to go offline
There is only 1 problem with this game unless you pay for a manager you can’t be offline more then an hour. Guess they don’t want people to sleep. Otherwise very addictive game.
I have increased my rating only because it is actually fun to play. But the problem of not being offline more then an hour in events is a problem. Basically unless you have the game opened every hour then your prison stops working. The normal prisons you can buy people to make the limit to 24 Hours.
For the event prisons you need a special key to be able to be able to be out of the game for an unlimited amount of time. But guess what it costs 100 gems. Then when you run out of gems you have to buy them. And still only get a 5% chance of getting the key. If they can sort this issue they will get 5 stars from me.

Tired of losing benefits for watching ads
I never write reviews but I couldn’t just delete this game without it being know why so others don’t go through the same waste of time I did.
The game to make money obviously gives you multipliers in exchange for watching ads. The stupid thing is that they want you to watch 4 ads just to get 1 hour of benefits but on top of that, I went to switch to check my other jail and I came back and the 1 hour I accumulated was at zero.
This has happened over and over again, not to mention other times the game has bugged out and wasted my time invested.
Good concept but horrible execution.

Good game but...
My prisoners don’t get fed properly unless I’m logged on all the time . Wish I didn’t have to be on in order for them to eat . I have 10 chefs and still they only make not even half the food required . Overall the game is good lots of fun. There’s not enough time for the prisoners to eat . Some make it to the lunch room and others don’t . By the time they make it the chefs start going back and they don’t get to eat .

Decent game but the 39$ paywall to actually make it a real “idle game” is a huge turnoff for me. App deleted.
