Tons of Bugs
First of all, the thing that annoys me the most is that unless you force stop this game it will not proceed in the background. Even if you spend gems to hire the advisor to allow that. I emailed support regarding this issue and the answer was “just force stop it every time”. Uhhhh disappointing? Also the same issue arises with the construction of areas. If you don’t force stop, areas under construction will not go down in time or complete in the background. I would put this down at night and wake up thinking I’d made a decent chunk of change over night and... no, not a cent. My last big complaint with this game is EVERY TIME I start it up there’s a riot. Like every. Single. Time. Kind of hard to make money in Alcatraz in my workshops when my entire population is eternally in solitary confinement.
This game has a ton of potential. Even with grinding through these issues it’s been fun but the riot situation at Alcatraz it’s made the game almost pointless because you make so much more cash out of the workshops. But the workshops are as dormant as an Antarctic volcano when EVERYONE is in solitary all the time. I don’t know how my prisoners haven’t starved to death yet because they haven’t eaten in a week.

So far no complaints
I have been playing this game for around a few weeks now and I have run into no problem. I have played all previous games by these developers and deleted all of them so far because they got stale after a week. But with this game they put more pride into production and it shows. This has the same feel from their previous games, but now with better rewards and interesting upgrades to what is a not so childish setting. I love watching my prisoners go to play in the soccer fields and upgrading my armory to max level knowing my guards are stacked. And song with that this is probably the fastest game they’ve made for getting money. Once you get past the first prison and get the hang of how to build your prison up there’s no problem getting a prison fully maxed out in a couple days. I can’t wait for the next updates for new prisons and see what new fresh ideas they have for this game.

both my prisons are fully upgraded, BUT...
i really loved this game and played it 24/7. i spent so long on it that i got the 2 first prisons fully upgraded without making any in app purchases and watching tonsss of adds (* adds are optional but u need them to get money a lot more efficiently *). but even tho my prisoners have the best of everything possible they still aren’t happy and start riots and fights, and there is nothing i can really do because i have nothing to spend the money on other than staff ( which i don’t keep to many or to little ,because i know ur not meant to get to many, and i get more guards when riots start )
this has made me lose my luv for the game cos there’s nothing i can really do other than buying someone to watch the prisoners which is expensive for a game that i don’t get to play much of a part of anymore until i get to the next prison, play for a few hrs maybe a day until the same thing happens and so on **(also there’s only 2 more prisons which would be absolutely fine if the problems i’ve stated didn’t exist)**

Really addictive time passer
I really enjoy this game I bought the ad blocker and the starter pack love this game heaps just have a few recommendations
1.I’d like a free way to make cards or more free gems for completing tasks or maybe something to upgrade that create gems overtime I want to collect all the cards and the free way takes forever and I don’t want to spend to much money on cards as I want to play the game and work for them.
2. I’d really appreciate tweaking to the ai pathing system I am really ocd and I like having no messes so watching the janitors clean give me a good dopamine rush but the way they decide on which messes to clean annoys me as they will walk past trash as another janitor on the other side on the prison has claimed he will clean it even though he could clean it while he is there. And I would like trash to not form in rooms where no one has even gone into. Trash forms randomly in the showers even though no one is in there. I wish the messes were randomly dropped from the staff and prisoners so it avoids unnecessary trips to the other side of the prison for no reason.
Upto you what you guys do just my thought in what could make this game better. But I’m not a developer so maybe this is the way it needs to be thanks for the game anyways 🤗

I can’t progress in the game
I like this game a lot the only problem for me is if I am offline for anymore than 2 hours my prison goes into a riot. I can’t check on a game every hour of the day.. I lost 17 upgraded guards in a 20 prisoner jail because I didn’t go into the game for 3 hours.. sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened.
there are things I can forgive.. like sometimes I’ll watch an ad for 15 mins of double profit and sometimes the game won’t give it or when I do comeback into the game, the game won’t let me watch an ad to get benefits on my offline profit.. I don’t really mind these, but it’s annoying because no sooner I earn enough to push forward I end up loosing all my money on guards!!

I’m getting frustrated
So far this game is fair and fun to play looking forward to expand my prison but the only thing I hate so much while I spend $25k to built a new laundry room it takes 15 min with having 3 or 4 builders I put my phone down for a while to do things like clean or whatever around the house I come back to check on my laundry build and it says I have to pay $25k again and also wait 15 more min and I spend actual gems to built right away and it still does that please fix this because I’m in the point where I just wanna delete this app and I was looking forward to spend money. Btw just upgrade most of the things on the prison and as soon I close the app and reopened everything I worked so hard went back how it was like if I didn’t do anything gotta upgrade everything again this game is awful you developers need to fix this because it’s a waist of time putting in time and effort so when you play again it’s like you didn’t do anything I give this game a 1 star 😡

Won’t open now.
It’s a really good game, maybe a bit slow at the start but now after this update when I open the game it crashes and I can’t get into it. Apart from this, it’s a very good game, obviously a few bugs, but then again this game isn’t that old. A suggestion would be to maybe at least let the offline earnings be 2 hours, as one hour is really not enough for when you’re sleeping etc and only get one hours worth of money. Again, a really good game but it is a bit boring, as all the prisoners do the same thing, all the workers and each day is the same etc. Apart from that it’s amazing and i’d give it 5 stars apart from the crashing and those things I mentioned :). Also, some things are still in Spanish I think, when travelling to other prisons it says Cerrada instead of closed I think.

Buggy and getting annoying now!
I really liked this game but it has lots of bugs which really annoy me as they seem really simple to fix.
Upgrading cell furniture makes no difference on income even thought it says it should. If I open the game at the wrong time everyone goes for food but my cooks haven’t done anything or will return from the dining hall without serving anyone. Also the amount food prepared makes no logical sense with the number of prisoners eating, 4 meals can feed 12 people easily!? My kitchen currently provides +5 heath but once people are eating they have received +42 health!? One of the most annoying is that the prisoners beat the cooks to the dining room and then leave because there’s no food, the cooks then turn up with full food and feed the last couple of prisoners with all the others having already left hungry! And another one - on the second level with 48 prisoners, as they queue up for food (before the first even gets to the counter) the ones at the back are turned away because the queue is too long. Max staff, max food and max dining room upgrades and half my prisoners are turned away hungry! These are just a few...
Nice game but people will quickly loose interest if nothing makes sense, it all seems a bit random which is really frustrating for something which is supposed to be fairly simple and logical.

I love this game. Started playing during COVID and it’s kept me busy ! Not many ads which is very nice.
I love the game
This is a really well done game. I dislike the fact that you are unable to get higher security prisoners. I have gotten 150 prisoners rehabilitated and not a single medium prisoner has come in yet. Maybe I am doing something wrong. If that is the case could someone please contact me and offer me some help. In other words the game is very well polished. It is easy to see that this game was taken into consideration not just rushed to make the developers more money. There are no pop up ads only ads that you can choose to watch. These ads give good rewards based on the time it takes to watch them. In short I love the game. Just hope I get higher security prisoners!
