Great game just one bug and some recommendations
This game is great! The reviews , graphics , and sound are all great! This game is the real deal! It’s exactly like building a prison but less miserable and dark. It’s all great except for one thing. When the prisoners are released a truck will come and give your new prisoners. This may be hard to explain but the truck doesn’t give me anything. As the prisoners leave the bus thinks they are still in the building and just leaves without giving me prisoners. (I know it may sound weird that I WANT prisoners but it’s a game 😁. Right?) I have to deal with losses and it
aggressively takes away my money. I survive though :). This game is so great I just have to say again. I hope you guys make more tycoons and make them fun! Hope to show up on another tycoon game in the reviews soon!
Edit: I just moved into the next prison and it is horrible! I don’t have enough cells to avoid losses and it’s just really bad. I keep having a negative paycheck and I’m at 0.00 dollars right now! And it’s staying that way. Please help. Overall though the game is good......

I love it but I have an issue
The game is great however I will play for hours and my prisoners will have low stress levels and when I come back they always have high stress. After I play for like 5 minutes there stress is way down again. Any chance we could have it so that they don’t only get stressed when I’m not there
Has potential
I started playing this game just over a week ago. The concept is fun but there are way to many bugs that need worked out before I can continue playing it. Just about every time I try to watch an ad for double money or for a loan one of a couple things happen. Either it never starts and just has me waste time by clicking the bottom several times, or it makes it half way through the video and stops with no benefit, or the video doesn’t load and the game doesn’t give anything. This is true even on initial start up so I don’t get my earnings from my jail working while I was away. I’ve deleted that app a couple times and reinstalled with no improvement. There are also times where I try to upgrade things and the icons on the foreground to the screen don’t sense that I’m touching them. Instead the room in the background comes up. I also wish there was a way to improve the prisoners mood when they get heated. We basically just have to wait it out. Being able to control when they eat/sleep/shower/and have recreation time would help with game play. Basically if they get under there is nothing you can do but wait for a riot. Like I said, good concept but for now I’ll be deleting the app and playing something different. I might check back in a few months and see if anything has improved.

It’s ok
I love an idle game. This ones only ok. The actual game is fun but each prison requires a certain number of reformed prisoners before you can move onto the next prison. The problem is, you complete all upgrades before you’ve even got half the number of reformed prisoners so then there is absolutely nothing you can do, no gameplay, but watch until your reformed prisoner numbers increase. Can see this getting very old very fast.
Update - powered through the boredom to get enough reformed prisoners for the third prison (remind me again why I’m doing this for fun?) and now all of my prisoners get released at 7am so often. How is that realistic at all? If I have no prisoners, I’m in negative income but it just seems so ridiculous that every single prisoner would be released on the same day over and over again. Please change this!!!

Really enjoyable - until everything goes wrong.
I had been playing this game for a few hours at most, and was starting to really earn some money. It was at that point that I had my first riot - which my guards failed spectacularly to contain - that resulted in my losing every single one of my guards and losing all my prisoners. I was left with 9 and a bit dollars in funds, no guards and no prisoners. Therefore, I was spending money on paying staff salaries with literally no way to earn more, as without guards to process a new intake of prisoners I had no way to get any cash flowing back into my prison and therefore no money to hire more guards.
I cannot express how much I was enjoying the game (it being much more nuanced than most of its kind that I have played), and also how deeply disappointed I am that the only remedy to this situation would be to spend real currency on buying myself some in-game money just to carry on. Not. Happening.
As a suggestion to improve (as I feel all good reviews ought to include) it might be good to have a recommended number of guards or some guards per prisoner advice? Also, a walkthrough of ways to prepare for/deal with riots when the first one occurs might also be helpful, maybe include a practice riot in the tutorial section?

I really like this game but I can’t play it
I really love all the idle games that this developer makes and I very excited to play this one but sadly every time I try and play it, it crashes every 60 seconds and then I’m back at my home screen. I don’t know how to fix it and I don’t know what the problem is and I try to avoid this from happening or play it as much as I can before it crashes but it’s never been more than five minutes. When I try and keep it open I have every other app closed and I have even deleted some games I don’t really play any more thinking that it might be my iPad that’s overloaded but even still that doesn’t work. I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but for me it’s unplayable, it even took me going into the app 5 times after the resetting to even get through the introduction telling us how to play the game. I don’t know if there’s anything you can do but I really want to play this game it’s just not letting me.

too expensive and the suitcases don’t give enough money
All of the things you buy are so expensive; water, the cafeteria, talking room, etc. When you start everything is so expensive and doesn’t really give you the motive to play. The suitcases never give you the enough money you need. And the bus comes when the prisoners leave so you lose all of your money in a day. Riots happen almost every time I go online. I can’t be there every hour. But other then those things it’s okay. Please take my recommendations into your next update. Thanks.

I saw an ad for this game and immediately started the download. The first 2 days were great. I made some in app purchases because I was having fun and wanted to support the company. After I finished upgrading the second prison, my game, like most people that play, stopped working and wouldn’t leave the loading screen. It’s been almost 16 hours since I’ve been able to load it up. I sent an email to the company asking for some help and haven’t heard anything back....yet. Hopefully we’ll all get some help or an update to fix this without taking away our progress. But for now, be aware. This game is a lot of fun and I hope that if you play it, it won’t bug out on you to. If/when I get a response back and my issue is resolved, I’ll update my rating. Until then, I can’t give a game more than 2 stars when my money just went to waste.
Update: I uninstalled my game (for the fifth time) and my game loaded up pretty quick. All of my progress is still there and I’m working on prison number 3. Let’s hope it stays like this! I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars.

Cool game but one problem
This game is really fun and I enjoy playing. The only problem i find is that when ever i leave the game for a while and then come back my prisoners start a riot. Each time i start the game back up they start a riot and then i lose all my guards and all my money. But when i keep playing for a while their stress levels are low.

Ridden with glitches that ruin an amazing game
I first fell in love with your games when Idle Fitness Gym came out, and loved Hotel Empire equally as much. When Prison Empire was released I was so excited, but was sad to see the same glitches and problems with watching ads were still occurring.
Prison Empire is by far the glitchiest, however, out of all of your games. I can’t keep the app open for more than 2 minutes anymore without it crashing. Ads do not work, and when they do, I either will not receive the reward or the game will crash before the ad ends. Today I tried for what seemed like an hour trying to get the game to stay open for more than a couple of minutes, and I still haven’t been able to properly open it and play it.
Is there anything you guys can do about these glitches? You’ve obviously made some great games that people enjoy playing, but the only way to progress in the game early on is to watch ads, and with the ads and income-doubler button broken, moving forward past the preliminary stages of the different locations becomes an impossible task. Help!
