I actually love this game
1 star review because it’s literally crashing whenever I try to load into it. If I’ve got music playing when I do I can hear the music stutter as it crashes and shuts itself down. I really truly want to give this a five star review, and would gladly change it if I could get some assistance, but the FAQ and player support page on their website doesn’t exist, I got 404’d :/
I even went so far as to give money for the full purchasable staff about a month ago because I knew this was a game I’d like, I’ve even give up 20 dollars and nearly did so again recently and would have if not for the fact that these constant crashes stopped me literal seconds before I could.
Mind you the crashes have only recently started yesterday but I haven’t been able to play at all since. And sadly I’ve desperately tried multiple times continuously throughout the day since the first crash

Crashes
It was good until today it crashes every time I try to open. My app and phone are updated. Very disappointing
Could be a really good game....
I have had this game for two weeks or so and it crashes every 30 seconds the entire time. Outside of not being able to truly play the game due to the crashes, their is a ton of potential. You will continue to lose customers and funds if the next update is released in another 4 weeks as the general trend of updates have happened. Your main priority should be making sure everyone can access the game and play it seamlessly without constant crashes and freezes. Any other additions to the game are absolutely pointless if a good percentage of people can’t even play it and give a true review of it. Looking past all that, the game is a awesome aspect to playing a game that you don’t feel sucked into playing 24/7, minus the fact it’s not a true idle game because micro transactions are used to extend how long it truly will run for after you’ve gotten off. Without spending money you are limited to only getting funds for one hour after logging off. Then you’ve got your typical option to pay without having to watch ads to pull in extra money and then pay for increasing your potential profit in game.

Fix It!!
The game keeps glitching me off every 20 seconds it’s really annoying and making me not wanna play ur game.
Riots
Please fix the bugs. I have my prison running so smoothly...when I’m actively playing. For some reason though if I leave the game for even 20 minutes I come back to a filthy prison, the cooks only serving 3 servings even though I have my kitchen upgraded and enough staff to make food for all the prisoners, and my prison with be seconds away from riot that kills all my guards. The game also glitches with time. I can be building something and come back an hour later and the time for building is still at what is was an hour ago. I actually really like this game. I appreciate that it doesn’t force you to watch adds but simply allows you to watch them for bonuses. The game play is pretty good though I wish we could control the schedule of the prison ourselves or click on individual prisoners/staff to see how they are doing rather than giving the prisoners averages. The cleaning crew and the guards also just kinda bumble around. Like sometimes a janitor will just walk right past trash or if there is a fight a guard on the other side of the prison will run to it rather than the guard standing literally right there. So I wish we could maybe control the staff a little bit. Mostly though I just want the glitches fixed.

truely an amazing game
this game is by far my favorite game on my phone, its the only game i keep coming back to, the rating is a 4 instead of a 5 because theres some glitch or something, on my first prison i accidentally went to some sort of event, when i went back to the prison, i had a cell module that was there,i didnt buy, and my money had only grown from profits, none was missing, im now on my second prison, just a couple minutes ago, i was on it, but I went back to my first prison to see how much money I had made and see if any riots had happened and if I needed more guards or not, but when I went back to the second prison, an infirmary, I didn’t pay for, was there, money had only gone up, I just started this prison, the infirmiry is sorta expensive, it definitely is when you’ve first started, I didn’t even have enough money for it, the first time I thought maybe I had just accidentally bought it or something, but this time I know I didn’t, that’s the only problem! Love the game

Have been hooked on this game all week!
What a fantastic game! Really fun to play! I would love to see more hardcore criminals in the game. Give us a guard dog to sniff out drugs from outside visitors. Allow us (when we’re playing) to investigate certain cells who we may suspect are trying to escape. Perhaps we notice an unfamiliar object in their cell. Allow us to conduct random inspections on cells if we receive a clue/ anonymous tip from someone trying to sneak weapons/drugs in. Perhaps a few guards may start to take bribes from the prisoners. Let us carefully watch them. Perhaps incorporate gangs that start fights with other gangs.

Exceptional quality
I’ve looked at other reviews before making my own and most of the few complaints I saw from other reviewers were bugs and glitches that I thankfully haven’t had countered at all. I think the developers have since fixed them from when the reviews were made because from my experience this game is at the peak of what you can get from a mobile game. They don’t push ads down your throat, and in fact you can play the entire game without even watching any but that would make it a lot harder/longer. But I choose to watch multiple ads to support a company that doesn’t water the game down with them. The game has longevity to it and their design and attention to detail when it comes to the prisoners activities is spot on they act accordingly and overall the game just feels nice to just observe let alone play. Very well done making this game the company earns my respect and my time 100%

It was fun while it lasted- 2 seconds...
This was an amazing game. Even if you didn’t upgrade, it was so entertaining to watch the day go by and the prisoners going about their lives. It didn’t take long though, about 15 minutes of game play, before I started having issues. Whenever I just started my prison was small and had no problems. I got through two check ins before my app crashed every time it was time to check in prisoners. I knew every time that bus came, my app would crash. As I made another cell, got more prisoners and more employees, I could only app open for 30 seconds without it crashing, regardless of check ins. Soon (as in the same day I got the app) I couldn’t even have the app open and run for five seconds without it crashing. Once I got a second new cell, I couldn’t get out of the load screen at all. Whenever it was almost loaded in, my app crashed. I have given up. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app and nothing works. Why even try to get in the app whenever it crashes? I am perfectly willing to change my review if this gets fixed but honestly, I don’t think the developers are going to waste their time on one app whenever a new one could do just as well. I wouldn’t advise downloading at this all. Everyone is having this problem. I don’t care how new your phone is- it’s not happening. Good luck!

Great Concept; Needs work
Pros: the gameplay is straightforward and the potential to earn the coins needed to build are great. It’s a reasonable way to waste time throughout the day.
Cons: The timing of non controllable actions are ridiculous. The game is basically designed to keep your phone in your hand all day. 1. If you leave the app to, idk, go to sleep; expect a riot because the prisoners aren’t fed or their “happiness” level dropped so significantly that they’re waiting at the door to start a fight and, again, you can’t do anything because the time you spent outside out the app would’ve been the time to prevent that from happening. 2. The timing of the janitors are also off- they all do laundry at the same time, regardless of how many you’ve hired. 3. There’s the issue of when prisoners are dropped off which also impacts the amount of prisoners involved in a riot and if they haven’t eaten before they were sent to solitary....expect a riot/ loss guards to rehire.
Overall it’s a good game with great potential however there are plenty of things that have to be worked on before it can be considered on of the greats.
