Super fun game
This game is challenging and entertaining, the animations are fun to watch; I love that you can see all the staff and prisoners doing their thing in the prison. There can be a few little glitches but it doesn’t really affect gameplay. The only problem with this is that you have to manually update the game and it will not let you play if you are behind on any updates. I need a password to update this and I usually don’t have the time to do it and therefore can’t play for possibly months on end. This game is still so fun though and I love all the seasonal changes and challenges in the game. AND (best part) the game doesn’t force any ads, they are all optional.

Love it but…
My go to game. I purchased the ‘no ads’ and it’s been bliss for the past month but now it’s laggy and comes up with the ad buttons again? Might reset over time? Who knows. But I’m salty

Pretty fun but…
This game is a lot of fun and I really do like it. The ads are reasonable and I like that I don’t have to spend real world money to succeed in the game. It’s challenging and requires patience. I’ve been playing daily since I downloaded it. My main issue is that the kitchen is buggy. Sometimes the cooks just won’t cook enough food. I have as many cooks as the game allows and have everything in the kitchen completely maxed out and still they’ll make 10 out of the 32 meals they’re supposed to make. It causes my prisoners to be hungry and I end up having riots. It’s frustrating bc there’s nothing I can do to fix it. Sometimes they will make enough food but leave the lunchroom so there’s no one serving the prisoners meaning they don’t eat. Also sometimes the special prisoners (ones with names) will be invisible. I’ll just see the little icon floating above them but thankfully it doesn’t affect gameplay. I really do enjoy this game but it’s incredibly annoying when the kitchen doesn’t function properly
Update: My prisoners aren’t being rehabilitated. I have everything fully upgraded and all their needs are met but they’re just not being released. Very annoying.

Recurring bugs and lack of gameplay
— If you end a riot, sometimes the screen doesn’t stop being red, so you have to close the app. Sometimes riots say 0 prisoners but there’s a riot happening, so the riot ends but the red screen continues.
— duplication glitch. Sometimes it’s good to duplicate your earnings by watching an ad as you to try and get to a building faster. However sometimes it ain’t x2, it’s a stupid duplication. I duplicated like 20k or something and ended up with 36 million. Now there is no real game as I can buy everything. This has happened three times with three different prison levels
— there isn’t enough game, really. I said before about completing a level (because of the duplication glitch) so I just had to wait until more prisoners were reformed until I could unlock the next level. There was nothing to do in the prison apart from wait. The developer replied to my review and said I should spend money to buy prisoners— ignoring that I watch a lot of ads for this game already. That doesn’t fix the issue of there not being enough tasks or game, they just want you to pay real money for extras to patch an unfinished and buggy game, which shows the developers priorities.
It’s a shame as it’s a fun idle game at its core. When I finish the outstanding levels I will remove and not wait for an update with more levels.

Hi, Sorry, but the time warps and gems are given for free through the daily rewards, at the events and when you complete missions in the game. You don't need to spend real money to complete the game. Best
Good, but unfair
Okay so, I have no problem with the overall game, it’s fun and for whatever reason addicting, and doesn’t feel overly pay to win(it is a little, but it’s not the worst). However the time skips are broken, completely, the money one I think is mostly accurate, but the reform one isn’t even remotely close. So for my maxed out vladinstenko the 24hr time skip would give me 430 prisoners. 430. I get that in less than an hour. I actually did the math, per minute it’d be 11prisoners. Which is 15,970prisoners reformed it 24hrs. This isn’t online however it’s offline, so I believe it’s calculating for what you get when online which just isn’t fair imo for its cost, it should be changed and calculated for the offline value to make it worth the purchase since 430 reformed prisoners barely even makes a dent.

Very balanced, amazing game!
At the moment, I believe with the daily rewards and optional ads make this game absolutely amazing! Ads never pop up unexpectedly (though I have been guilty of watching several for reasonable rewards). This game isn’t easy, and like all good tycoons, takes a long time to finish, but you do make progress quickly (especially at the start) keeping the game entertaining.
Riots make the game very interesting, and I love being able to watch my prisoners’ daily routines; you are able to see each individual prisoner.
I hope the game doesn’t change and becomes similar to other pay to win games, as for now, I would recommend this idle game to many people!

Ads
I watch the ads to get some rewards, but more often than not. I don't receive anything, even if I watch the video 2 or 3 more times.
It just takes me back to the loading screen, and no reward given at all.

Fix the bugs
Very fun game! But when it comes to watching ads to get a bonus amount of cash or to extend a X2 bonus for money increase for an extended amount of time…… you won’t get them. You’ll watch the ad and then the game resets like you never watched anything which is super frustrating because hey why watch ads for nothing right?
Other than that the game is very fun and still needs some work. You can have your kitchen and cafeteria maxed with workers and all and prisoners will still go hungry which is dumb because you have everything.
When starting a new prison or going to the next level per say….. you need to start out with a certain amount of cash or already positive income for prisoners already there. The way it is now makes it to where you buy one thing and put the game down for a while then come back and buy 2 more things then put the game down and so on. It shouldn’t be like you should be able to just start a new level and play without having to wait.

Bugs and no new prisons
I paid for the version with no ads and even bought an accountant a deputy warden and an accountant. Back then I assumed I’d be playing this more often - but then no more prisons were made. I completed every prison months ago, feels like a year ago. So now I feel like it was all wasted money on an app that stopped giving.
BUGS. The weekly event: prisoners will not start to arrive until I restart the app. After the weekly event, the app freezes. I restart the app, my phone and nothing. It freezes until the next weekly event.
I’ve spent over $20 on this app and when there are prisons to build it’s ok. But there are currently none. Please make more prisons.

Good but…
I enjoy the game but there is a glitch or something that prevents the cooks from giving food to the prisoners. They just wait in line, don’t get food, then riot. This happens many times.
