Tidy little app game
For a basic game, the concept is amazing!
I’ve played a few times over the years and completed all levels once before. I like that you can chose to watch adds and are not forced to. I delete games as soon as theirs too many adds.
This game makes me happy to buy things from time to time as I feel I have more of a choice and their not just interested in a quick buck.
It’s great to play and kill some time when I’m free. Some tips:
1. Delete all your staff to save money when you start up a new prison - yea you will get riots but just check back every four hours, you’ll still accumulate money and not have to pay staff!
2. The kitchen doesn’t work when you check in so if you do and you notice theirs no food for prisoners, wait one cycle until it’s their meal time again before you check out.
3. Don’t bother with the work shops to earn money. It takes longer but you will get constant riots as they get too tired after working in a shop. Just be patient and watch some adds and earn those dollas!
4. Buy the 2x money app. It’s honestly worth it.

Fav game, but…
I literally play this game all the time, but lately now there has been some bugs. I’m now on the 4th prison, and this is where the bugs have gotten bad. I have riots all the time and can’t make money anymore. I’ve upgraded the cells to the max and upgraded the showers to the max. Along with many things in the yard to the max. My janitors and chefs keep not making enough food or washing enough uniforms for them. Then they get mad and start riots. It’s really irritating because there’s nothing i can do to fix it. I’ve tried hiring more janitors and chefs and it does nothing, i’ve upgraded both the kitchen and laundry room to the max and it didn’t change. They just don’t do what they are supposed to do when they are supposed to be doing it. I’ve tried finding a solution to it by looking it up on their support website and even deleting them game and redownloading it. if this bug would get fixed i would give it 5 stars.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and it’s super fun, but recently I’ve been noticing some bugs occurring in the map mentioned above that’s kind of messing up the gameplay. For starters, several times, sometimes in a row, the chefs will make the food for the prisoners and deliver it to the cafeteria, but then just leave meaning there’s nobody to serve the food. Then I have 32 increasingly angry prisoners close to inciting a riot over something I can’t exactly fix. And another thing is that I can’t leave the game for more than 5 minutes without the prison becoming basically inoperable without me. Even writing this review I’m risking inciting a riot at the prison which has already costed me thousands of in-game dollars and many guards. Last thing is that the “loans” that the game gives you are sometimes inaccurate in money count. Sometimes I’ve watched a 60 second ad thinking I’ll be getting at least $10,000 only to find out I’ve only gotten $3,000. I know that may sound like an exaggeration but it truly is not. The first two problems I’ve never had before and the last one if I remember correctly has been present for a while. I love this game and as of now will continue to play it, but all of these reasons makes the game difficult to enjoy sometimes and if they continue to happen while I progress through the game I may just have to uninstall unfortunately.

LOVE but….
I love this game but the amount of reformed prisoners needed to open the 4th prison is too much. To open the 3rd prison you only need 1,000 reformed prisoners yet to open the 4th you need 42,000. A huge jump! I understand how this can be achieved with the amount of potential prisoners in the 3rd prison but it feels impossible to expand the prison. Yes it is a strategy game but i have deleted and downloaded this game 4 times after weeks/months of trying to expand the 4th prison trying different ideas. I also have a few friends that play and they agree. I am great in the other prisons, the first is pretty simple and the second is the perfect mix of challenging and fun. Obviously, the next prison has to be harder but I feel like when creating the 3rd prison they added extreme inflation on all things. The prices would make sense if I made money like I did in the 2nd prison. I just wish there was a prison between the 2nd and 3rd because it is such a difficulty jump

Good but room for improvement!
I was enjoying this game, more so than I usually do with these types of games. It is long winded to upgrade things and progress without buying the add-ons. I’m glad you have some opportunities to watch adverts for cash but these are limited.
My frustration currently is what happens when I leave the game, I leave it all fine and good moods but when I come back the chefs have decided to not cook all the meals for some reason and/or the prisoners are all in a bad mood for no apparent reason. I didn’t have a riot at all then had 3 all recently and all when I’ve rejoined the game after a break. Please can you sort this out and allow me to actually take time away from game without ruining the game for me. Thanks!

Amazing game except one big issue
Prison empire tycoon is possibly the best tycoon game I’ve ever played. It’s so investing and I usually get bored by idle games because it feels like I don’t get involved enough, but this game is insanely good at removing that boring feeling. It has real strategy and watching your money change through the choices you make is very satisfying. Although there is so many good things to this game, the one thing that really annoys me is the food distribution. Whenever I log into the game during a meal time or I travel to a different prison during said meal time, the amount of food that the cooks are handing out glitch and reset back to a very low number. This affects my inmates stress levels and I always seem to struggle moving up in the prisons. If there was some way to fix this I would rate it 5 starts, but because if this issue it makes the game very frustrating and I have to close it and wait a little while before I can log back into the game because it screws with the prisoners stress levels.
Other than that the game is very addicting and I can see myself playing for hours a day.

Great until it bugged but at least that as fixed
really been enjoying this game just now I am unable to play. When I open the app it takes me to the objectives section to say I have completed an objective. However this is an objective I have already completed. My only option is to claim the reward but when I click on this it says connection error and here my only option is to select accept… which takes me back to the objective screen. My game is playing in the background and I am still earning but I cannot do anything as I cannot get out of this page! So annoying as I have been enjoying this since yesterday

Game is now unplayable
Alright I’ve been enjoying the game for some time now and literally today I’ve just had this issue within the game that now makes it unplayable.. It started earlier today, I bought some gems in order to have buy chests for the new prison beach fortress and about an hour into playing on the new prison I closed the app so I could double my money in about 30 minutes, and when I came back I received the doubled prison money and I started getting a lot of achievements, that I know I didn’t actually play to earn and on this one achievement it reads ,”objective achieved rehabilitate 10 prisoners ” and when I hit claim to receive the reward that comes with it reads,”connection error, action could not be completed. Please check your internet connection”. Every time I hit retry it says the same thing. Remind you this was earlier in the day. I deleted the game out of frustration, reinstalled it and logged in and had to restart from scratch. I lost all of the gems that I had purchased as well as all of my progress, I was back to the beginning, the only thing I have left was the double money and no ads but still receive bonuses. I started back playing the game from the start and about a hour hour later after playing of the beach fortress map i have the same issue as before.

Stuck on reward screen
The game is a lot of fun, but I was oddly rewarded all the objective achievements that I hadn’t completed and now it is stuck on the first objective and I can’t exit off to play the game. I press claim and it says the action cannot be completed, when I accept it it goes back to the claim screen and the cycle restarts. I’m pretty gutted because I can’t play this game anymore and was really enjoying it.

S TIER GAME‼️
I first played this when it came out. I played all throughout quarantine spending a couple of dollars on the game as well. As another review had mentioned it is very interesting and compelling for an idle game and I love idle tycoon games and most of them I do eventually get bored with as it seems to just spiral off into you trying to amass a huge and unfathomable amount of money, but with this game, this game right here. Is the idle game to end or idle games🙅🏾♂️ no discussion needed. During quarantine I completed every level and everything it was done and I was really upset because there were no new levels for me to do. so I had Deleted it cuz I was just sitting here waiting for new levels to come out. Then one day and I downloaded it again and I am on the last three levels one of them almost complete. The other two Im loving how I have to strategize, and you know not just get as many prisoners as I can, balance my cash flow and employee rate and try and still keep the prisoners happy so they’re not rioting and making me lose money but yes amazing game I love it I want more levels please please please please please, pretty please‼️‼️
