Horrible customer service
I’ve been trying to activate my wallet for a few weeks , and I’ve reached out to customer service a couple times . They’ve completely ignored me and still no wallet. Huge waste of time DO NOT DOWNLOADTony Bino 34
Can’t get anything to open
None of the articles will open and half the tabs don’t work.
I tried several things to troubleshoot this problem but what bothers me the most is that there is no Help tab in settings to troubleshoot this problem properly. Now this app won’t even let me log in and I see no way of asking for help!ViChBr

So far so good but..
Haven’t been able to connect my wallet. Creating account and everything else with the app is simple and smooth but haven’t been able to connect my wallet. Sent email to the team but haven’t had a response yet. Will give 5 stars once I can connect wallet.Muerteeeeeee

No actual wallet set-up
This app might be a real thing, but after literally all day it could not set up my wallet and wouldn’t let me log out. After reinstalling it just says no wallet connected with no option to create one. So at the best it does not work wellthgth guy hvhfyuhh

I love this app and have been looking forward to creating my wallet to gain rewards for reading. I finally received an email saying that it was time to set up my wallet, yet when I go into the app and enter my email address, it will not let me progress further. I hope that this is something they will be able to fix before the first drop.gemfishscale

The only thing it’s really missing is Dark Mode and some indication of progress. There’s no scroll bar or progress bar like in the website, which is pretty annoying.randomblock1
