Ordering
When ordering from Piper Lou, I expect to be able to track my order with the provided tracking number. I ordered cups for Christmas and they showed up late and I couldn’t track them because the tracking number was invalid with the United States Postal Service. I just placed an order a few days ago and once again I cannot track my order with the tracking number provided by Piper Lou. The United States Postal Service says that tracking number does not exist. And when I try to track it via Piper website when I click on track my order, nothing happens. It sits there and does absolutely not one thing. From here on out I will suggest that not one person order anything from this website because you cannot talk to a person and tracking numbers are invalid so it’s potluck whether you get what you ordered.My doxie doll
Got the wrong products
I ordered 3 cups that were supposed to be buy 1 get 2 free. The deal wasn’t applied to my order but maybe I missed the area to enter that. Unfortunately when I received my order though I had received the wrong items. 2 of the cups had the wrong saying on and 1 was the wrong color. Also the saying is hard to see due to the color of the words.Rebeccalynn21
Where’s the chart?
I love Piper Lou but you need to be able to access a size chart when shopping. I’m curvy and have no idea what size to choose because the choices are 1-4. What sizes do they correspond to, is a 1 a 14/16 or a 18/20?? Do better!!Librarygirl2day
Worth the wait!
My order took about 14 business days to ship. At the time of the order I was not aware of the supply chain issues Piper Lou was experiencing. If ordering a gift be sure to take this into consideration and you won’t be disappointed. Piper Lou drink ware is outstanding. Their clothing is top quality. Horrible shipping and customer service
Good luck actually getting your stuff if you order. According to tracking numbers my stuff is still waiting in the warehouse to be picked up from the carrier after a month. When I contacted customer service I was very disappointed she basically told me she would investigate it but that if they came or not they would not give me a refund. So basically I’m just out all the money I gave to them. They do have super cute stuff but I would highly recommend finding someone else with similar goods if you actually want to receive what you paid for.Randiisbatman
Shipping is just to disappointing
I have ordered several times and I like the products but I always have issues with shipping. They take weeks to ship from North Carolina to Oklahoma. I get my orders from SHEIN quicker and they are across seas, so they can’t keep blaming it on shipping companies. I ordered before Thanksgiving and it’s already the 13th of December and haven’t even seen a tracking email. Disappointed because I keep hoping it will change but it never does. Please know that I am NOT trying to stop others from purchasing, just making others aware of the problems I have had with every order and the shipping times, excuses and not having holiday items for the current holiday and products for special occasions. So many cups
I have bought so many cups as gifts for friends and family. Each one is so well made. They are dishwasher safe. They are the highest quality. I’ve been in touch with costumer service asking general questions and they are so friendly and helpful. Seems like a really high class business.
