I am extremely frustrated! Ordered $150 worth of items for my campground friends for Memorial Day weekend. It’s now been over 2 weeks, they took my money the day I ordered and that was that! No response... no idea on when... I sent an email asking about dates or money back. Nothing! However, I do a text, email and Facebook message EVERY freaking day about good deals and how I should order more! How about we get out the orders that people have placed before continuously offering more?!?!mom of hernandez boys
Poor customer service
After I placed my order it took several weeks to get it. I can be understanding about the time with COVID. But when I got my package I didn’t get everything I ordered. I have tried and tried to get ahold of the company by email and phone. It’s been a couple months now and still haven’t been contacted or received the rest of my order. Poor shipping
I love your products so far there has been no issue with quality however I will no longer be ordering from companies shipping with DHL . There shipping service is terrible. They hand over to USPS making shipping time way longer then necessary and Items I order as gifts not just from here took near a month to get because USPS held them or lost them. Yes my actual gripe is with DHL but hopes this will help them offer better shipping choices.justme58264628

Love their products. They have weekly specials witch is fun to see. Every Friday they have a 15 dollar deal. I usually buy during those deals. But I ordered one of their specials they sent me the wrong one, I emailed them right away. It is going on 3 months they have yet to correct the problem.
