  • Amazingly Addictive Products!

    I absolutely love Piper Lou Products! However they should come with a warning. They are highly addictive. My husband is like do you really need more tumblers? This is becoming an addiction! I’m like well Michael I could be addicted to crack so there’s that!

    I had an order that took a while to get here, but t was one I wasn’t in any hurry to get. I honestly did forget about the order. Well Piper Lou being as wonderful as they threw in an apology cup. It was Barbara that wrote me a note and added the tumbler. You all are rock stars. I will continue to buy.
  • Poor Service

    The products look nice, but the quality of service is severely lacking. I have ordered several cups, two have been the completely wrong cup. The majority of my shipments take FOREVER to come, yet Piper Lou somehow manages to get deliveries out weekly for the FB lives. If they can’t keep up with the demand, then the promotions and new products shouldn’t be made available as often.
    My most recent and last purchase was the $15 deal from two weeks ago. I checked in on this yesterday as I’ve heard nothing and they pretty much blamed covid (still) and said it will come. Today I got an email that they don’t even have the product I ordered anymore. So now managing their inventory is also a problem. I communicated my disappointment with Piper Lou and got no response. There are many other companies that make products like these now and I would recommend checking them out instead.
  • Not my complete order fulfilled

    I got my order today and I was very sad and extremely disappointed when only the cup was in the box. The 2 hats that I ordered were not in the box. I would like something to be done about this. Not only did my order take almost a month to arrive (when you were told at the time orders placed 14 days) but it's missing the other half of my purchases. Mind you, you already took the money for the whole order right when it was placed. What will be doing to correct this? This was my first purchase from your company. I trusted all my friends and all the great reviews so I finally did it. Now I feel ripped off in every way possible by this company.
  • Not that great

    The app is so slow to load pictures of anything that’s is clicked on. The company could do better about their shipping Covid or not GA is not FL and that’s not a “covid” issue that’s a human doesn’t pay attention and send a big order to the wrong state. Thank God I tracked it with my phone and email. Or I’d still not have the order.

    Piper Lou is simply amazing if you’re looking for the sarcastic and fun type of products. Their shopping is quick and reliable. The products are quality. I enjoy the comments and compliments I get when using the goods!! Definitely recommend Piper Lou!

    I have admired the sassiness and real saying on the tumblers and shorts for a few years now. I can happily say since purchasing them- the tumblers don’t stand a chance against my Yetis and the shirts- they are a staple in my everyday wear now.

    I was skeptical at first...... then I got my first tumbler! The quality is amazing and it keeps my “beverages” cold for what seems like forever! I get SO many compliments on them. I tell everyone where to get them. I LOVE MY PIPER LOU PRODUCTS!!!!!!
  • Terrible

    This app is terrible. My account won’t sync with a web browser. I can add things to the cart while using the app but they won’t be there if I sign into my account through a web browser. Also, this company is terrible. Terrible completing orders and terrible at getting your items shipped out. Been waiting over a month! Customer service?! Almost non existent. You know it’s bad when a company has to hire someone dedicated to rectify things with the unhappy customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from everything from this company

    I bought 7 tumblers. One was custom (kid’s name) and they spelled it wrong (it’s correct on the invoice). Okay cool. Accidents happen. I contact customer support and they say they’ll get it fixed in 7 to 10 business days. It’s been so much more than 7 to 10 business days and I still have no shipping notice or communication. I reached out again and got the same lame response. I had 7 more cups in my cart but I’m not ordering again.
