I am very happy with American National Bank all the way around. Whenever I go to the bank those kids are so professional and upbeat they make your day. I see kids because they are all younger generation and you don’t find that very often in the younger generation. Very pleased with my bank. God bless.Show lessgamma jo
Can’t make a mobile deposit
This new app does not allow you to make a mobile deposit with a hand written check. I called the bank to let them know-pretty much just got a that’s too bad. Will be changing banks after being with ANB for 20 years.theozzettes
Dislike your Website
I’m having a terrible time getting used to this new site!!!! Took almost a half dozen times to get a picture to submit the deposit a check because they couldn’t read the amount!!! Can’t you enlarge the picture like a normal person….
I don’t like to have to look for everything that used to be right on the screen when you open up the site……horrible website!!!! Almost make a person want to to change banks after all these years!!!!!

So Bad I’m Switching Banks
Won’t update my current balance. The chat never sends a message for anyone to help. Transactions haven’t updated since the switch. Can no longer do a mobile deposit. No one can help. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Go back to the other one.Hearthetruth
Very convenience awesome apps
New Apps ANB GO is very useful and so convenient when you checking recent Account status also you can check back date , % , up to date total loan payment amount , when finished ✔️ and etc .. love it , ThanksMinnkhunt

I have had nothing but problems with the new banking process. It still doesn’t work and I don’t have time to stop in to get it fixed. Plus you are not even open to the public, every other bank in town is open but you. Really thinking about changing banks.imagion that

This new app is almost impossible to use. I have called several times and got no help. I have tried the virtual conversation and still cannot figure out how to delete old payees. This is not user friendly!eveis mad
Way worse than the old app
I don’t know why they changed the app. This new one is not user-friendly, is designed poorly, and overall was just unnecessary. Transfers between accounts take days to process which is ridiculous—this used to be instantaneous and now it makes me worried that my payments will be declined due to a pending transfer. I wish we could have the old app back, it was so much better.
Not to mention ANB didn’t even notify me the app was changing. I tried to sign in and it just said “unable to validate your information”. Maybe tell me that the old app isn’t being used anymore? It took some research on my part to figure out they switched to a whole new app. The communication there was definitely not great.Show lessBob Potatoes
