    Excellent app. Been using it for a year now and it never gets old. Good variety, random routines, clear examples …and all for free! The one thing on my wish list is that the app would sync with Apple health. But that won’t stop me my continued use of the app. Well done! Thank you.

    So unbelievably cool that this app is free with no in app purchases or pay walls. Such a nice and refreshing feeling to find a genuinely great and useful workout app.

    i love this app and i really like greg a lot however there doesn’t seem to be any meaningful difference between the levels in terms of difficulty. it seems totally random.

    Greg’s site is great. Full of useful information and videos. This app is really well done. I really enjoy the nice streamlined and minimalist feel.
    When I need inspiration or a way to mix up a KB workout, this Wizard generates random excises based on skill level.

    I just wish I could save the workouts for later 😝
  • Seems ok

    Exercise regimens seem short, although I guess I could do a couple or more in a row. Was hoping to pick for start to finish guided videos, this looks like I will have to stop frequently to view the next exercise.
  • Great kettlebell app

    This app is awesome. No frills, get right to business…get in, get sweaty, get out, done. I love how it scrambles a new workout for you each time. This is a great standalone workout or a great “finisher.” I wish there was a way to save specific workouts, but I guess that’s also part of getting stronger is to keep your body guessing with each workout. Complete 2-4 circuits for each workout, the time flies by! Great quick video tutorials helps you quickly get the hang of exercises you are unsure of. I love how it’s a silent app (no talking, buzzing, music or chiming-again I love this!) so keep a watch close by to keep an eye on your rest time in between circuits.

    True magic of this app comes from it’s simplicity. Just grab your bells, open it up, and training plan lies before you. Want more challenge? Do couple of sets or switch difficulty. If you have couple of bells you can change them depending on the exercise. It just works.
  • Great app, wish it could record my workouts

    I’m loving this app and workout generator, which has definitely improved the frequency and effectiveness of my workouts. The videos have improved my movements as well. I do wish the app offered a feature in which I could simply track the days I’ve worked out with which routines.

    Your WOD are fantastic! I've been using it for the last few months. I started off on the beginner w/ a 15 lb bell. I've moved to intermediate w/ a 35 lb bell. I've combined your WOD with intermittent fasting and an improved diet. Additionally, I also do pushups 4x day (increasing them by 1 each week), planks & 35lb side bends 2x/day. I'm getting stronger & my body is transforming.

    As a former weight room addict, the randomness & structure of your WOD keep things very interesting - nothing boring...
