  • Great App

    Kettlebells are my main mode of training on a daily basis. I have advanced arthritis and love the mobility and strength gained from using the app. I have used almost all of Greg’s workouts with great success, he is a great instructor with great training aids.
    I love the new workouts WOD, everyday is different. The two forms of instruction are excellent as form is everything with Kettlebells.
    I wish: 1. User could record workout, right now I screenshot the app and save in daily notes. 2. As others have stated, please give us a back button.
    All in all, I love the app and will continue to use in between Greg’s other workouts.

    The videos are spot-on. No fluff, no extra whiz-bang music or graphics- just Greg doing the exercise with perfect form. Really love this!

    Like the rest of his offerings, Greg’s app is both generous and thorough. Even if there was a charge for this app it would still be more than worth it. Workouts, plus how-to graphics and videos in case you’re not sure how a move works. If you are using kettlebells at any level, you’ll love this app; visit the website also to see how complete it is. And all for free. A true gift!
  • Versatile & Thorough

    I have been a fan of Greg for years. When he developed/released this app it was a no-brainer to download. Piecemeal workouts from free apps no more!

    This app provide skill level variations to your workouts. But the most beneficial attribute is the thorough explanation of each movement complete with brief video demonstrations & quality animation attached. If you have struggled to see what the caricature was trying to show you in other apps....this will be a breath of fresh air!

    I use these as warms ups, total workouts and during breaks from “stay at home” computer sessions.

    High quality training programs. Greg provides clear instructional/coaching videos. He is an actual professional coach and not just someone who is trying to make money from an exercise app.
    The paid programs are very good value for money. The app is an initial version and though it is good enough as it is (free); I would appreciate adding the following:
    1/ Exercise categories (Muscle building, fat burning, Body weight, etc)
    2/ Addition of timers that can be customized to mirror the intervals in the paid programs
    3/ Addition of the warm up routines before each program
  • Great App

    I’ve been using Greg’s website for years, and his guidance has massively improved my technique. This App is a nice way of finding inspiration for mixing up your workouts. Maybe it is a bit too ‘random’ at times, or maybe it’s just me, but I struggle to remember to do 13 reps of one exercise, 8 of another, 12 of a third, etc. Once I start working out, I like my numbers to be straightforward and easy to remember. 😁Nevertheless, I like the reminder to mix in variations that I might not use if left to plan my own workouts, so thank you.
  • Kettlebell Wizard For Sure!

    For a long time I’d been looking around for a low impact exercise regimen that would be great for cardio and muscle toning and maintenance. Enter kettlebells! After searching around, I came across Greg Brookes’s program and became an instant fan. I purchased his full workout package and have been very happy. His program helps you build a strong foundation and develop good technique over time, ensuring good results and minimizing risk. The app is an extension of this approach, offering good illustrations and brief videos about technique. It’s a great product on its own—and even better in combination with Greg’s other materials.

    Great app!! I love kettlebells so it’s nice to have a simple layout of all the foundational KB movements.

    LOVE this new app! It mixes up the routine keeping the muscles guessing. Makes me want to workout more because I don’t have to put together my own combinations of moves. The videos demonstrating each move are extremely helpful. One downfall to me is that I can’t go back to the previous routine..I can only go forward to the “next “ group of moves.
