  • Poor user experience

    This app has some serious UX issues. After spending ages going through way too many administrative questions (“you entered X. Is this correct?”), one accidental swipe motion aborts the data entering process without any confirmation, and one needs to start all over again. Don’t even get me started about the ridiculously complicated sign up process …

    The service itself is pretty good, though.

  • Beware this is app is not confidential

    This app will show all your medical chats displaying in big the reason you consulted and this everyone who may see you phone will have access to. No way to suppress old chat or history. Also long waiting times and you never get to talk to a real doctor.
    Total waist of time. Already recomended to my employer to find a better provider or just cance their services.

    It use to be great but now there is a long wait of people just to have someone get back to me on chat.

  • Pas top.

    Don’t really like Consult+. Always have bad experience with them. Most of the time I need to find a physical doctor.
    Also I took my first appointment for mental health and they made a mistake so nobody was there at the time of the appointment and when I told them I had to wait 80+ people front of me.
    Canada healthcare is terrible, I really miss Europe because here they let you die.

  • Good and bad

    Good is that I can consult a nurse instead of going to the hospital ER and wait 30 hours to see a doctor, or go the clinic and wait 15 hours or most likely be turned away as they can only see 15 patients and there are hundreds there lining up at 7:40am hoping to see a doctor.

    The nurses so far solved my issues which were minor. But I’ve never been able to see a doctor in this virtual site as they always say the doctor would need in person physical exam , even for a bad cough, or injured joint.

    They need figure out a way they can diagnose virtually better instead of all the limitations

    Très satisfaite du programme Consult+ j’ai eu un excellent service. J’ai répondu au questionnaire et l’infirmière m’a contactée sous peu et ensuite j’ai eu un rendez-vous avec un médecin par vidéoconférence et il a fait une prescription à ma pharmacie et c’est vraiment géniale!! Merci beaucoup

  • Impressed

    I love the app, i just wish you could actually find a family doctor or get a proper doctor visit. Otherwise, its a great app if you need someone to talk too OR you need a prescription refill OR your sick and need antibiotics. Very happy. Wait times are short as well. And service is incredibly fast.
