  • Appointments dont work

    I went through the whole process to diagnose my symptoms, provide pics, and finally got to choose a time to speak with a doc. Upon selecting a time, the app says the time is not available and someone will reach out to help book a time. It’s been silence. I tried this twice and it looks like there are appointments available in the next 30 mins but this dog water app won’t let me book a time. What’s the point?????

  • Constantly crashes during sign up

    I couldn’t even get into the app itself as it kept crashing as I check off agreements.

    I can't express enough how grateful I am for Consult+! Last Sunday, my son developed a severe skin rash, and with health centers closed, we were facing the daunting option of a long wait at the emergency room. That's when we turned to Consult+ for a virtual consultation. Within just a few hours, we were connected with a live doctor who not only alleviated our fears but also provided us with much-needed guidance and medication.     Both the website and app are not very helpful.
    It’s confusing and does not make any sense when I tried to navigate around.

    Not sure where to go when I wanted to chat to a profession.

    Need more user friendly instructions or a live person to speak to.

    Very dissatisfied.

  • Saved the weekend!

    Kids started to develop a rash that we knew would need a prescription, the Friday evening before a long weekend. We could have spent all weekend just trying to get an in-person appointment to get the prescription. Instead, we went through Consult+, spoke to a nurse within 20 minutes, and they sent the precipitation through to our pharmacy shortly thereafter. It was a HUGE time saver.

  • Great app

    I used consult + a few times and it’s very user friendly, fast and nurses are very professional and helpful! All in the comfort of your own home, no waiting on a telephone line for an appointment.

    Avoir peur de faire un mauvais diagnostic à l’extrême rend le service totalement inutile. J’ai eu une bonne et une mauvaise expérience.

  • Some are better than others

    One of the nurse practitioners I’ve spoken to on here is lovely but another one made me very uncomfortable calling me out on personal things that I do.

  • Gonna keep using this app forever!

    I am seriously happy with this app! All the medical practitioners who have helped me have been very professional, efficient, communicative and kind (opposite to my previous -crappy- family doctor!!).

    I had a few issues with the registration, but after that everything worked smoothly.
