Additionally, we offer a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to all lessons. We hope you take this opportunity to explore tonestro further. Our musicians and software specialists work full-time to provide a high-quality learning opportunity, supporting those who don't have access to personal lessons. With Premium, you can learn with many video tutorials, exercises, and songs, and participate in our weekly challenges to compete with musicians worldwide. Without the Premium option, we wouldn't be able to maintain and improve the app 🎶
Purchase issues
I contacted Tonestro a week ago and haven’t heard back.
Their website is coming up as unsecure in all my browsers, so something weird is going on.
I did the free trial and ended up purchasing a year membership through Apple ($150). Now we’d like to use it on another device for my son and there is no way to do that. You are given a default member ID but can’t use it elsewhere. It’s not linked with my email.
It’s too bad because so far it’s a good product.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues. Our website had some temporary problems due to issues with Microsoft, but everything has been resolved now. I have informed our support team to check if your email might have been overlooked. Please feel free to email us again at support@tonestro.com. We strive to assist you as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can always do the following: Create a tonestro account (this can be done through the profile) and log in on another device (whether it's Apple or Android). You can also create different accounts and share the subscription through Family Sharing (this only works on Apple devices). I hope this helps for now. Christoph (CEO)
