Helo, we are really sorry that you have had this experience. The sale and billing of apps via the iOS Store is managed directly by Apple. Unfortunately, the debit confirms that the purchase has already been made and the trial period has expired or was cancelled too late. Unfortunately, we at tonestro have no influence on this for data protection reasons. We ask for your understanding that there may be delays in support requests due to public holidays and weekends. We recommend contacting Apple support directly, as they can process and decide on refund requests.

Hi, our musicians and software specialists are working full-time to provide a high quality learning opportunity to support others who don't have access to in-person lessons. With Premium you can learn with many video tutorials, exercises & songs. Without the premium option we wouldn’t be able to maintain and improve the app anymore. 😎
