Algeria used to work now keep saying error when i changed the country workers. If Algeria no more in this app you should tell us .

As QA analyst manager, upon evaluation, I find this app to be quite buggy and lacking in user-friendly navigation. The overall layout seems to be malfunctioning with frequent freezes. I can’t use this app
Don’t use this app anymore guys , there’s nothing good on it , even you’ll contact their support but they never resolve your issue , very bad service .
I will without a doubt file a complaint J’ai essayé d’acheter des paires de chaussures pour ma petite sœur , they took 16$ from my account , après ils m’ont envoyé ( opération échoué) this is scam , we don’t have this in America and you will pay for it I have all proofs and my email from my bank transactions

Positive: 1- le service de recharge téléphonique (Flexi… etc) marche relativement bien. Et c’est le seul point positive. Negatives: 1- the app has many bugs and crush 40% (personal estimate) of the time. 2- CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst I have ever encountered, they are unprofessional, rude, and most of the time blame the customer! They lie to your face, saying we contacted you via email but they never do! 3- Many of the legit stores they had on the app aren’t on it anymore, that made me question the app and its management team. 4- They charge you for a delivery fee to get your items within the indicated time (express delivery: within 24h, or regular one, 1 to 2 days), they never deliver on time, and never reimburse you for the delivery fees since they didn’t commit to deliver on time. 4.1- they added a delivery fee to get your item to your door step (par étages) which is amazing (to make sure my mom or dad won’t carry heavy stuff), BUT their delivery drivers always refuse to bring your items to your door step even though you paid for the EXTRA service. 5- a lot of items listed within the app aren’t up to date, don’t get too excited, most of the time the item you are looking for is unavailable. And they blame the stores obviously, it’s never the app management team! Over all, stay away from the app and its team
