Bad user experience, Can’t use
Your new version is terrible,
I needed to add all my details again, I put items in the cart and when I wanted to add rewards, all items in cart gone, I needed to start from scratch including specify again even zip code. Checking out required me to add my details again, I couldn’t find how to add my rewards to my order.
After 3 attempts I gave up, going to order my lunch elsewhere.Show lessMnahom
Nightmare
The new update is an absolute nightmare. A lengthy process of ordering.
No remembered locations nor past orders. Apple Pay and PayPal is gone.
As far as I know you have to enter your card number every time.
It takes longer and much more frustrating ordering on this stupid app than bitting the bullet and waiting in line at the store.
Useless.
Touch and hold the app. When it wiggles touch it again. Follow the prompt and touch the red “delete app” and go to Jack in the Box.

Points system not good
Rewards need to be revamped. Right now it’s not good it is too difficult to redeem and it’s too hard to earn rewards you need to spend so much so what’s the point might as well not use it.Larry Moto
Doesn’t even work
Do companies bother to test apps before they release updates? I can’t even place an order because the search function to select a location doesn’t work.DBLUV
This app is absolutely terrible
Doesn’t support any single sign on providers, doesn’t support ApplePay, location lookup took three app restarts to load. Can’t see the credit card number field to type into if you have an existing card saved. This app was made by an amateur and is so frustrating to use I just gave up and removed it from my phone.Show lessBrandon67432

New Update ruined the app
Their app was already pretty weak, but the newest update has rendered it useless. Can’t login with phone number anymore. Can’t order food because every location is now an invalid location. Whoever gave this update the green light should be fired.ERICbarbaric
Small text, too many steps
While the food is great, the app needs work.
The text is too small, it doesn’t respect system text size. The font is also very lightweight on top of that, making it harder to read. This makes navigating, ordering and everything else more difficult than it should be.
Orders could be streamlined with fewer pages to tap through to get to checkout. Again, finding the typeface could enhance readability here and speed the process up too.
There are too many screens, the text is too hard to read and it is easy to miss things. Redeeming a reward is harder than it should be. It ends up that I have to add a new item to my cart instead of just discounting the one already in there. This adds at least 3 more screens to the order.
The app doesn’t remember that I always use Apple Pay, instead it presents a credit card screen by default.
The text in the receipt is also hard to read. There should also be either a map screen or link to the address of the store for navigation.
