I love this app it works really good and it’s calming but you have to have premium for most things and that’s the problem but besides that it’s great

I think this app is great even the first day I realized that there was a huge difference in my jawline and I was so happy if anyone else is trynna lose fat on your face or make ur jawline sharper I suggest u use this app!😮‍💨

I only put it at 5 stars so this would appear first but I rate it a 0 because I was only able to use it for 1 DAY since all of the other exercises costed money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY

I’m on day 4 and can say I’m enjoying this app so much that I actually use it every day. I look forward each day to see what is next. The videos and the model are so well done and professional. Idk about results just yet, but the mindfulness and relaxation these techniques bring is already apparent. You’re worth it - just do it!

Makes no sense

The app looks as it it’s going to show you how many times to repeat it but it all just loops randomly instead of counting it for you. So you still have to do all the counting yourself and some of the exercises you can’t see the timer. It looks really good but in the end it doesn’t work the way you’d expect it

I love it but still a little expensive for me I am going through such a hard time my house falling apart my kids getting to big for there clothes everyone needs something I have no time for me
