Hard to enter the date for the readings. Also can’t navigate to get help to take down trees hanging over the wires

I’m unable to read previous bills without logging in every time.
Adding additional properties is ARGGGGG
I gave a property with two meters but it is my one house. I have had no luck trying to add this property as one house with two meters. If I pay my bill with an account number it shouldn’t be so difficult to add this property.
Viewing bill issues
When you get a new notification for a bill, there is a link in that notification to view your bill. This link takes you to a browser where you have to sign in again, but there’s a good chance your login info is not saved for the browser, but only for the app, which means you either have dig for it in your saved passwords (if it’s even there) or try to remember it.
This makes no sense of why you have to leave the app to view your bill.
I did some digging and was able to find a place where I could view my bill within the app, but it wasn’t intuitive and I would need a few mins to retrace my steps to do it again.
This is a fail on the marketing/design team.

Don’t like the app
I wish I could just have the paper bill. It’s annoying to always have to try to find and login
