Yes, this is a review. When I moved into my home, I discovered that the previous owner was paying a very large amount to heat it. I immediately installed smart thermostats to curb this situation. (Mysa). I was then faced with scepticism from the algorithm they use for forecasting usage. Understandably so. I am still facing high estimates years on when I fail to read my meter, also shaming when compared to natural gas customers (lol). Get it together Manitoba Hydro. Someday I’d like to install a heat pump, maybe you will track that appropriately.

I like the way the website is set up; it is straightforward and easy for me to navigate.

I submitted an accurate reading through app (and took a picture of the meter because for several months invoices made no sense) and then reading was changed on invoice without actual verification. This creates a very concerning situation when while app is used, Hydro manipulated the reading.
Does’t work on iOS devices
While the app is available to download from the App Store the app does not irk on iOS device
Doesn’t work for me
I can log in to my account through Google but the app just shuts down when I enter my username and password. Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still didn’t work.
App now crashes on login
Used to work properly all the time but haven’t been angle to login on the app - had to resort to the website.
Useless apps should be deleted!
According to this app I’ve had a credit on my account every month. What’s the use of an app if you have to check online anyway!
Alternate Login functions do not work
It is a handy app for updating meter reading and checking other items like billing, usage and etc. Once you get in it is good.
The main login page gives you options like Face ID and finger print ID, but they don’t work. The features work on other apps but not this one. Have not been able to locate anywhere in the app if additional steps are required to setup the alternate login features.
On my 9th generation iPad (V 17.3.1)the App just crashes and goes back to the Home Screen. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and made no difference.
The app needs a feedback link in addition to the “forgot email” and “forgot password” links.
