The app is terrible. It doesn’t stay open and limits the access you have because it crashes every time I try to access documents through the app. Most inconvenient app I have ever used.TheGageM
App is not right!
When I tried to login with my username and password on the app it will not let me but when I go on Safari using the same credentials it lets me login. When I click forgot my username or forgot my password so that he can send me an email with the correct information it says that my username is not valid but yet I use the same username and password on Safari and it works.Show lessGirly657
Super Easy
Happy to find that my healthcare provider has an app that’s easy to use, set up, and navigate! Didn’t realize at first I had to have a separate sign-up and sign-in for the app (not the same username and password I use online to log in) but figured it out right away and the sign in method was secure.
