Good morning! There are actually a couple places you can find this information. If you click into your credit card tile in the app and click "Details" (underneath your available balance) it will show you your current balance, available balance, and next payment amount (minimum payment). From this page you can also click "Click here for Credit Card Services full site" which will give you even more information about your credit card. It takes multiple days for purchases and mobile funds transfers to go through, which is not an issue with other competing credit unions. Itemized pending transactions are also not able to be viewed, which other credit unions offer. Additionally, the app makes it confusing to pay a credit card bill. Instead of selecting “pay my bill”, you have to “transfer funds” from one account to another. Overall, inconvenient.Show lesssarahsorrelll

Hey Sarah! We understand that credit card payments not being in real-time isn't the most ideal, but is unfortunately how our credit card vendor processes the payments. If it helps, here is how they process them. Each business day (Monday - Friday) the batch of payments is sent to our vendor. If the payment is made before 4:30pm Monday - Friday, it will show up the next business day. If the payment is made after 4:30pm or on a weekend, it will go into the next business days batch and then available on the 2nd business day. I hope this helps!So convenient

Our bank has done a wonderful job finding out what the customer needs and providing that on the mobile app. They are always looking for ideas to improve the app and provide better service. I have never felt like this app was lacking and the updates make things that much easier.
