I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction with the service I received recently, and frankly, this is not the first time I've been let down by Transfeero
To begin with, the van provided was far below the expected standard. Worse still, the driver had no clue where he was going, delaying us by 40 minutes. I had to personally guide him using Google Maps because he was on the wrong road! This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable for a professional service.
This incident is just the latest in a string of disappointments. My earlier request for a refund or an upgrade was completely ignored, and now I’m left with yet another terrible experience to add to the list. I recently booked a vehicle transfer with Transfeero that turned out to be a broker for subcontracted private companies, and my experience was far from satisfactory. We arranged for a transfer in Montego Bay, Jamaica, expecting a private luxury vehicle, specifically a Mercedes or Chevy Suburban, based on their advertised services. Unfortunately, what we received was quite the opposite—a basic level vehicle that did not meet the expectations set by the booking description.
The misrepresentation of the vehicle was disappointing and left us feeling undervalued as customers. When we reached out to customer service to express our concerns, we were met with a lack of accountability. It was frustrating to see that they did not acknowledge the issue or offer any form of resolution.

This is the worst company I have ever used in my life for transportation. Didn’t bring any child seat that we asked for in all the transportation we booked with them. The app is also terrible and one time it double booked a transportation, and it refused to refund us
