When you use your Jeeves card, simply open the Jeeves app, snap a photo of the receipt, add a note, and say goodbye to the paper receipt. We are excited to announce that your Jeeves cards are now available as part of your mobile app experience: ■ View all of your Jeeves cards. New cards view of your assigned virtual and physical Jeeves cards. ■ Manage your cards. Freeze cards you’re not using to prevent unauthorized charges. ■ Access virtual card details. Easily view and copy your virtual card details to use on other apps and websites. In this update, we're introducing two powerful features to enhance your experience: ■ Push notifications for card failures: Never miss an important notification again. If your card transaction fails, you’ll receive a push notification instantly. ■ Real-time support chat: Need help? Now you can connect with a real human support representative within seconds. Get assistance with everything you need directly through the app.
