    Just purchased the Bang SE and app can't find my device. This app is a waste of time!
  • Worked great until I updated my speakers

    App was amazing until I decided to update the firmware on my Tronsmart bang Max, I updated it to the newest firmware. Now whenever I try to use the app to customize my Bang max, it doesn't recognize the device and I cannot do anything with the app? I don't know if the app just doesnt recognize the update or what, I just want them to fix this issue which is why I'm writing this review

  • Great Earbuds but App Crashes for old Firmware

    I love the Apollo Bold earbuds. And the app worked in the past, but now it crashes as soon as I tap on the Connect button to the earbuds.

    Update: I used an Android device to update the firmware (from 1.0.4 to 1.2.4). Now the iOS app works. Not a desirable procedure but works nonetheless.

  • The moment the app connects to my Apollo bold earbuds, the app shuts down

    Like the title says, no matter what I try, the moment the app connects to my Apollo bold earbuds, it just exits the app, back to my homepage. Please fix this. I love my earbuds, but would really like to have access to the app for more functionality.

  • Le hace falta mucho

    La aplicación le hacen falta mucho
    1. Indicador de porcentaje de la batería de los audífonos y la caja con números
    2. Un ecualizador para poder personalizar el audio
    3. Se necesita una actualización por qué los audífonos se disvencula a veces no puedo usar el derecho o el izquierdo
    4. Poder encontrar los audífonos como mucho lo están haciendo por medio de la aplicación
    5. Mas modo de música por defecto

  • Doesn’t work

    I got the spunky beats and tried to link them to the app. The app doesn’t even link to the Bluetooth settings. I have tried pairing them so many times. It just doesn’t work. Luckily the ear buds are good cause this app cannot do anything.

  • Needs some work

    This app could be much better if the developer decides to put some work into it. First off, I have the Apollo Bold buds. They are great with one issue. I wear them to the gym sometimes. When I workout, I wear a hoodie. For some reason the buds keep disconnecting. When I open my Bluetooth settings, one says it’s connected and the other not. If it happened once or twice then ok. But today it happened at least 10 times. That’s just unacceptable to me. There should be a function to turn off all touch sensitivity to the buds. I don’t know if the buds turn off because they are being falsely triggered by my hoodie or what, but that shouldn’t be an issue.
    I tried them in the gym before the app supported them. I had the worst workout because of the buds. They kept triggering the volume to go up. When you’re lifting weights music getting loud to the point it hurts is probably not a good thing.

    Lastly, the app doesn’t have a customizable EQ. It has a couple of crappy presets that actually detract from the sound of buds. I’d like to see the app have the ability to add a custom EQ. Also, like many other options available, the option to adjust the level of ANC would be a nice add.

    All and all the buds are excellent when they aren’t disconnecting. The app isn’t to the level of the buds, but can be with some work.

  • Which devices does this support?

    Which devices are supported? I have the tronsmart onyx ace and it does not find it when searching.
