Terrible app and company
Slow, poor performing app. As a professional iOS developer no other app on my phone works this poorly. The get help form includes a “live chat” button that loads a blank page and the “email us” button presents a native Mail Controller with no email address prefilled so you can’t actually email them because you don’t know the support email. phone support has you on hold forever and fails to resolve the problem. Internet speed (the service this company provides) is slow and unreliable, in a $2000+/month apartment where they are the only option you can get. What a joke.Show lessStopped working all of a sudden

When you call for help, they always ask you do you have the app? The app is blank you can’t do anything it’s so frustrating to be honest. My wifi mess up 3 days now I’ve been calling no one can help. I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of adding a device to my apartment’s community WiFi via MAC address. It worked without any complications.Awful

My door code is not working, I’ve never used it and it’s been almost a week since I called them. I have reset my code 5 times.. this is ridiculous!App just doesn’t work
