  • Terrible app and company

    Slow, poor performing app. As a professional iOS developer no other app on my phone works this poorly. The get help form includes a “live chat” button that loads a blank page and the “email us” button presents a native Mail Controller with no email address prefilled so you can’t actually email them because you don’t know the support email. phone support has you on hold forever and fails to resolve the problem. Internet speed (the service this company provides) is slow and unreliable, in a $2000+/month apartment where they are the only option you can get. What a joke.

  • Stopped working all of a sudden

    Stopped working.

    Doesn’t even work lol. Just as bad as the actual internet service.
  • Wifi issue

    When you call for help, they always ask you do you have the app? The app is blank you can’t do anything it’s so frustrating to be honest. My wifi mess up 3 days now I’ve been calling no one can help. They say we call you back and never call back. I am so disappointed with the service
  • Add device to the WiFi

    I downloaded this app for the sole purpose of adding a device to my apartment’s community WiFi via MAC address. It worked without any complications.

    Everything about this app and it’s performance is awful. If your apartment uses this app - I am so sorry.

  • Door code not working

    My door code is not working, I’ve never used it and it’s been almost a week since I called them. I have reset my code 5 times.. this is ridiculous!
  • App just doesn’t work

    Can’t log in- won’t allow password reset. Needs major work

    The previous version of this app was unusable. Now I can actually add or delete devices, so it’s somewhat operational.
  • Awful, doesn’t work

    Can’t access wifi, add devices, or do anything. Very poor set up and confusing. If I could give the negative stars I would.
